Last year around Otakon, FUNimation Studios, known for their dubs of the Dragonball series, YuYu Hakusho, Fruits Basket, and many others that I can't think of, announced that they had acquired the license from Studio BONES to dub Ouran into English.
At Anime Expo 2008, ADR Director for Ouran High School, Caitlin Glass, had announced the Voice actors for the English dub, which comes out as a 13-episode box set on OCTOBER 28TH, 2008
