Well, I think that we should have an introductions thread! So here we go...
My name is Taco, I live in California with my husband, 3 cats, 2 rats and 5 fishies. I like softball, reading, painting and sleeping.
Who else wants to introduce themselves?

Hi, I'm Ed, who lives in England, and have one fish (the others two died) one dog, and two guinea pigs. I like cricket, reading, and going to the cinema.

As far as I'm concerned, you are the English version of my tastes. Cricket is English softball and Guinea Pigs are my rats (excuse my spelling)

yeah. its weird, because I like playing softball in PE, but i don't know anyone who plays it outside of school.
But, anyway, cricket is hardly like softball, unless you just count the wooden bat and a ball.

I'm Rick, but you can just call me mega. I'm 13 years old and live in
Wisconsin (The beer and brat state). I have one dog who's name is Tucker and he's the coolest. My favorite sport is basketball, and my favorite thing to do is play my Wii.

I'm sure it's not, but it's the closest thing to anything we comonly play here in America, so you know....

yeah, the sport people most commonly play is football (soccer) but, many people still like rugby (only a bit like american football) and cricket.

It ammuses me how popular soccor is everywher around the world but the US....I think it's because of all the running, you know us fat Americans...lol

There was a thing on the news abou gordon brown (the prime minister) said that we are too fat in britain, and then later in the week said we are wasting too much food.
