Here we are the talk of the Japanese classic art

Inuyahsa will always have a special place in my heart .. It was the first anime I ever watched. ^^

But now that I'm more mature in the anime section, I'd have to say that there are a lot out there that please me. Like Death Note for example. I love how that story line kept you on the edge of wherever your butt was sitting, wondering what would happen next. o.o

I've always been a big fan of Naruto .. although I haven't been too current with it. But I do love how the fights just seem to drag on ... Kinda like Dragon Ball Z! They talk .. then they flash back and forth with screen shots .. then they talk some more ... Three episodes later, they finally fight! Classic! <3

Fullmetal Alchemist. Now that one was good. Best part about it for me was the seven deadly sins. Mmm. Plus, Edward wasn't all that bad looking .. even if he was short. :3

Trigun. I know, it's old, but bite me. I love that show. Vash = love, peace, and whatever else it is he was looking for. xD

Bleach. Eh. I haven't really been a "fan", but I have been watching it more just because I like what I'm seeing. I guess it's not that bad .. but if I ever really do want to get into it, I'm going to have to watch it from the beginning. >>;

WOLF'S RAIN! Omg, what a show! Might have been short, but if you want something that's really good, it's this. <33

The new kid on the block, Code Geass. It's actually really interesting even though it's just started and they're only on episode like, nine. ^^

(Is it just me, or do all the main characters in the last four animes I mentioned have the same voice actor? Hm ..)

As for anime that hasn't hit the dubbing industry, the one I like the most would be The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi. It's just .. different and that's what I like so much about it. There's average people, aliens, people from the future, and an esper. Not to mention, the way that they had the episodes ... They were jumbled all over the place. It's sort of hard to follow, because episode one is really the last one, the second one is like the forth, the third is the fifth ... Confusing. >w<

Pita Ten is just cute. Plain and simple. Angels, devils .. love triangles. What more could you ask for when your just a girl who just wats to giggle and then cry because of the cute! ;D (Unless you want Romeo X Juliet)


And last but not least .. my favorite anime of all time ... POKEMON! It's been around for 12 years! Although .. I hate what they've done with Ash's and the rest of the crew's voices ... Made me sob so hard. But, I still love it .. even if they are making more. ;-;

too many too vote for and too little up there. I i'm reading about 100 different manga titles and theres no telling which is my Favorite. And you forgot too of the basic, all time greatest Manga/animes (Bleach is excluded because someone mentioned it before me), Dragonball/DBZ and Rurouni Kenshin. There's more, (Fruit Baskets, Flame of Recca, Trigun, GetBackers, Gundums, exe... ), but I wont get in to those.

Still can't get over the DBZ live action movie in 2009. Scary

I have heard of cowboy bebot, But haven't seen will try to watch...

i also liked Outlaw Star it was close to Cowboy Bebop it was a little different but thats what i liked about it. Then you have Tri Gun with Vash The Stamped
best shot in the world but acted like a big baby.

Haha! DBZ was great! Me and my friend (who I've known about a year) were speaking away about a onth ago and it turns out we both watch it when we were younger with our brothers! rofl Her and her bro used to fight over what to watch and then he would put DBZ on but she secretly liked it xd

We found her brothers DBZ 'films' and watched one...it was mental (and more like a really long ep than anything else).

lol, that's pretty funny. My best friend and I would sneek in to her two older brother's room just to watch it when they weren't in. I basicly grew up with that show .. little did I know it was an anime. xD

Remember when your imagination took over after you watch about an hour or two of that show? Well, I do. My friend and I would go out on her trampoline and just play DBZ until the sun went down. -sigh- I miss those days. sweatdrop

That reminds me of when we use to have full-playground games of Power Rangers. The whole of our year would play and we would make up all these other colours for everyone. That was the origional Power Rangers (whihc I swear they've now changed the name of to Mighty Morphing Power Rangers, but it was probably always called that).

And then I was watching Dino Thunder when I was babysitting because the kids liked it and Tommy was in it as a teacher and I'm like "OMG TOMMY!!!!!!" At the screen.

I know it's not anime but it made me smile.

Back to the anime-ness there was a programme I saw about 10-ish years ago when I was in Canada and it was a 2-part feature length thing but I only saw the end of the second half so all I know is the main guy and his friend(s?) had to stop something destroying the earth and they went into space because there was something on the moon they wanted to stop. Then there was an older guy who had obviously been in it already and the big twist at the end was he was th main guy's long-lost father.

The whole 20 mins I saw were ace and I couls never figure out what it was....Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
