Sakuya trainned hard, he had finished his paper work in due time, now he wanted to gain more strength

Lilly walked out to the squad's training ground. 'Ah there you are Sakuya. I hope I am not interupting anything.' She said quietly as she bowed. Her captains cloak fluttered in the wind a little. 'I was just coming to see how you are.'

Sakuya returned after some sleep, he began training again, making his whole squad train in cooperation and sparing. Practicing thier techniques and focusing on unity and strength through constant practice

Sakuya pushed them harder, practicing working in kido and other techniques in, realizing they weren't strong individually but they had incredible strenght as a whole. Soon his squad was working like a well oiled machine, he felt that soon they would be both strong individually and strong as a whole. They were gaining more and more power, but teh hardest lesson he had to teach was humility and to act humble. That was half the problem with the 13 protection squads, sakuya felt, that their pride in their power made them act arrogent, gaining power and learning to be humble made it good and a more reliable service to the people

Sakuya returned after resting, he whipped his squad into shape, doing training exercises

Sakuya trainned his men hard, they were now battle hardenned and he made them into a dedicated fightign force, he saw now teh only way to ensure soul society's survival was by making sure he could compensate for his ally's weaknesses
