I haven't tried this recipe, but it's supposed to be really good. My mom used the pancake mix for pancakes before I could make the cupcakes!!! lol Cute idea, Tabby-chan! biggrin
Microwave Cupcakes (curtesy of the manga "Kitchen Princess" volume 5)
Makes 4-5 cupcakes
Ingredients: 1 egg 2/3 cup milk 3 tablespoons suar 1 1/2 cups pancake mix (the kind that requires eggs! instand that just needs water won't work!) Paper cups (you can make them colorful or have designs to make the cupcakes pretty) Optional: Fuit, chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Optional: whipped cream, frosting, nuts, etc. to top
How to: 1. Mix egg, milk, & sugar in large bowl. 2. Add the pancake mix and stir well! You can also add fruit, chocolate chips, nuts, etc. to make different kinds! 3. Fill paper cups halfway. (Don't pour too much, or else it'll overflow, and that's not good eats!) 4. Microwave 4-5 Minutes. (It's done when you poke it with a toothpick andit comes out clean) 5. If you wanna decorate, great! Make 'em look nice, or just eat 'em as is.

Oooh, my family has some great recipes! 3nodding Most of them aren't written down, but I have one for lemon fromage;
3 egg yolks 1 dL (0,4 cups) sugar The juice of 1 lemon and the grated peel of ½ 6 leaf gelatin sheets
Simply mix everything together, and add 3 whipped egg whites. Keep in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
By the way, what are hot pockets?

Okay, this is a fun, easy desert. xd
Ingredients: Brownie mix (and whatever that requires) Pizza pan (disposible, if possible) Frosting (I like chocolate, but it's up to you) Gummy Bears, Chocolate Chips, marshmallows, etc.
1. Mix up that brownie mix as the box says to. 2. Spread the brownie mix on the Pizza pan. 3. Follow the instructions of the box for a 13x9 inch pan for cooking time/heat. 4. Let cool. 5. Spread the frosting. 6. Put whatever you want on top
Tadah! Desert Pizza! xd Best kind of pizza too.

Well I made a little Grilled Cheese concoction. You will need 2 pieces of bread, 2 pieces of cheese, 1 egg, butter, a skillet , and finally a spatula. You will also need to know how to make a grilled cheese.
1. Get a skillet and an egg 2. Spray the skillet with cooking oil 3. Turn the burner on medium and wait about 2 minutes then break the egg and the yolk of the egg and fry it. 4. While the egg is being cooked butter two peices of bread 5. When the egg is cooked take it off the skillet the start making a grilled cheese. 6. After adding the first piece of cheese put the cooked egg over it then place the second over the egg and place the second peice of bread. 7. After that just cook it like you would normally make a Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
