i cane across a couple of pages on the net claiming that the creation of the Bianco and Altio Angelo's in dmc4 were created using Nelo angelo's sole..............ok this would kinda make sence as that Agnus would have the Yamato, but is there any actual officail proof of this?

if my memory serves me i do not remember this being mentioned in dmc4 at all, not even in the libary part of it.

I'm assuming you meant soul.
If they were made from his sole, that'd be just weird. Heh heh heh....
Satan: "I want your soles!!!"
Me: "Go ahead, they're worn out anyway."

Hmm, I thought Agnus just use yamato's ower and other demon's souls to get the armor to come to life. However, I read somewhere that the Order of the Sword was collecting pieces of the Nelo Angelo armor.

From the game's library;
Bianco Angelo
A man-made soldier made from the fragment of a demon known as the "dark angel".
Filled with either a human or demonic soul, it carries out it's master's orders with mechanical precision.

Alto Angelo
A knight turned demon via the Ascension ceremony, the Alto Angelo has donned the armor of a Bianco Angelo to lead them into battle. It is said that an Alto Angelo can raise the abilities of the Bianco Angelos around it.
Now, Agnus also explains how he made them.
Mission 06, Yamato Awakens
Agnus: See what just a small fraction of my research has yielded? Look! How beautiful this white armor stands! You have no idea the hardship to make just one armor come to life. I had to capture and control countless demons to harness their souls. Summoning them alone was almost an insurmountable task!

Nero: Summoning...? So it was you... who made the gate!?

Agnus: Yes, yes, the Hellgate! I created it merely as a reference in substitution for the real Gate, but after utilizing an extremely powerful Devil's Arm, it proved sufficient...
Note that he specifies having summoned countless demons, while in the end only one was used in their creation and that it could be human or demon, and the Devil's Arm he speaks of is, of course, Yamato.

Two final things of note are Rebellion's entry and how Yamato was involved with Vergil's Devil Trigger (obviously looking back to DMC3 here), that is to say that it was at least partially fused to him during that state.

Rebellion
A momento given to Dante by this father, this large magical blade is the physical manifestation of Dante's power.

It should be safe to assume Yamato follows that same idea for Vergil given the evidence.

tldr version;
The Altos have no connection to him, as it's just a dude in the same armor that's used to make Biancos, while the Biancos do, either that his soul was used in their creation or at the very least his power was used.

Now how do you define 'fragment'? A piece of his dead body? Or his soul (what I disagree as it would be too bad for poor Vergil/Nelo)?
