Am I allowed to start topics?
Anyways, who else thinks Rock Lee's going to sound like a retard. Like someone from some stupid show with stupid voices? I can't explain this.
I just think that if they can cut out a kiss that isn't even a kiss, make Naroodo's voice suck and say Shikamaru wrong, they could just as easily make Lee sound SO SUPER CRAPTASTIC that it's unbelieveble.

I don't think Lee's voice will be awful, and I don't think we have to worry about them mispronouncing "Lee".
BUt I hope what I've hear dabout Lee and Gai ahving Austrailian accents is just a joke.

You'll see the uncut dvds coming out, and if you hate the english voices just don't watch it. Let the rest the rest of us watch in peace. (I should also note that kissing scene has no importance. Just like the episode where the group tries to unmask Kakashi. Out of all the 150 episodes I've watched, it doesn't come up so therefore it's not important.)

If you remember when you first see lee(at least in the series) he kind-of acts alittle weird at first, and with his looks to match. So I am ok if he acts retarded as long as it keeps to the theme.

Still my favorite fight ever is the Rock Lee vs Gaara(Rock Lee should have won) but that was the best fight why? Because it was a complete shock, next thing you know Lee is super human fast and all red. And plus Sasuke looked so retarded....he pulled like a girl! And what was with those huge hand things? All I know is I was laughing the whole time at Sasuke. He really is a retard after all. Just so you know, your name will sound competely different in Japanese, because of their vowel system and stuff I promise you it will sound weird to you. I mean a simple name like Justin sounds way different in japanese, I mean it sounds the same alittle but because of vowels and stuff it sounds different. So thats what happened when it came over here, we used our vowel system, it's not wrong, it's just different.

A rose by any other name, or something like that. I wouldn't mind if people pronouned my name wrong. The way I say my name it tends to some out Ellis.
I'm happy for my characters to have their names squiffed sometimes or have two names, and english one and a japanese one. As long as the characters have the same personalities that's all that matters to me.

The attacks and everything. But Lee vs. Gaara was WAY better. biggrin
