Please tell us ways to make the guild better! We always appreciate suggestions and we wish to see this guild flourish.

Some example of good suggestions:

"I think -fill in the blank- would make the guild better."
"Though -this and that- is good, a better way to implement it would be -that and this-."
"I think -name of person- would be a good addition to our guild. They would -list reasons why they would be good in the guild-."
etc.

Some examples of bad suggestions:

"I hate -blah blah blah-, change it to -blah blah blah- now."
"I don't like -name here-, kick them out."
"This is a stupid guild. It should be destroyed."
etc.

If it is a personal matter dealing with a person or something that offends you in some shape or form, please take it up with the guild mule, akemi_hoshi, or Zim the Cookie. Please do not post about that in here. We are trying to make this guild better and strive, not put it down! So drop us some suggestions and let's have some fun!

I think having a 'Request A Gaian Thread' should or could bring up more of the activity rate then what it is now, because to me, the members here could post someone that they know that is [or could be] active to their perspective. Then here's the part that you upper crew and crew members have a little work ahead of you, if you think this is a good idea; to check out those Gaians that your members requested to see if they are active to your perspective.

Also, I think having a 'Thread Recycle' could be useful, cause that could be easily use to put in threads that have less activity in there. And may it be only be access to crew and upper crew members only; if any member that wants at least the topic of their un-active thread, just to fix up cause they know what was wrong with it. Then its only decided by one of the crew and upper crew members; not unless you choose one of the crew or upper crew members to be the controller of that subforum, kind of like Bleach. Captain, 2nd in command, then their little crew.

Here is what we are going to do about Angel Yamato's Suggestions:

We are not going to make the 'Request a Gaian Thread' for the following reasons:

•The crew members are in charge of that task
•And it might lead to more inactive members in the guild

The 'Thread Recycle' is a very useful idea and will be made in time, but not right away.

Could there be a Fantasy subforum? I love to RP in fantasy-based settings and would love to see one.

I just need to put some thoughts together. While I'm away from home, I'll see if I can brainstorm a little so I can put a decent thread together when I get back. 3nodding
