Next month we could do Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson

I'm actually reading it right now and it's really good.

Basically the story is about a girl who experiences something big at the end of school party in eighth grade and ends up calling the cops and now shes in high school (after summer) and everyone hates her because of what she did (call the cops) And she basically has to come to face with the event that took place at the party and she hasn't told anyone about it.

Yeh that's a crappy summary but w/e


ZOMG!! for anyone who hasn't read the TWILIGHT series, you MUST read it now!!!! The fourth book is coming out (friday) and its the last one , I'm sooo excited!!

She also wrote the book Catalyst, and that's one of my favorites. I personally think it's better than Speak though.
Summary:
The book is about Kate, a preacher's daughter and a high achiever in high school. She has her heart set on going to MIT. She only applied to MIT and ended up getting wait-listed and then rejected. At the same time, Terry Litch's house burns down. Kate has never liked Terry, and now the bully and her family move into Kate's house. She has to deal with all of this and figure out what to do with the rest of her life.
