This is where all those of ill-intent can post bounties for those they want killed or captured. Since this is not an official Bingo Book, anyone placed on here is most likely a good person sought after by evil people. This is an illegal bounty station and if information is known about who placed the bounty and or those who seek the bounty, they can be Bingo Booked.

This means if you have one of your main characters post or take a bounty and the villages or countries find out about it, then you can be placed in the Bingo Book and your character can be killed without repercussion.
