Today of July 2008, Gaia featured the Holy Gauntlet collectible, the very first item on Gaia that has the word "Holy" on it. The question is: was it a display of Gaian artists' creativity or a sacrilege without a regard to the Gaia Christian minority?

They just wanted it to sound superior, I guess. In many animes things are called "holy" even if they are not sacred or blessed or something. Seemingly they didn't really think about it but I don't like it stare . Because a magical item is not holy but magical... btw, the vampire hunter's cross is called "holy". Strange. confused

I don't think it's meant to be a big deal. It's named to impress the frequent roleplayers, I suppose.
And Christians aren't a minority on Gaia, trust me.[/b]

Holy when fully translated basically just means "set apart from everything else". Seeing as these are special items, it is O.K for them to be called such. Also, other religions have things they consider Holy, so as long as they don't say the things are Christian, it's O.K.
