FF came 2001, FF2 2004, FF3 2006 and 4 will maybe come 2009.
No, Fatal Frame is in English, although FF1 has a few Japanese Fonts in Puzzles.
I'd rate it on 9/10. It's not like the mainstream and has new ideas and really scary locations and enemys.
In the first game you play a girl who searches for her brother who disappeared in an old, haunted mansion in the mountains.
In FF2 you play twin girls who played in the forests and suddenly get lost and find theirselves in a mysterious village and the exit is gone.
In FF3 you play a woman who is attacked by a ghost as she dreams and then has to go in to a haunted mansion every time she sleeps. She gets a tattoo wich will take her soul away if she can't find the tattoo priestress.
I dunno too much about FF4.
