So I stumled upon the next chapter of black lagoon, and its called the "dance of death" Apparently, the maid is back in Ronapour, bent on vengeance!!!! So the author has finally gotten a head start into the next series for manga. Season 3 should follow suit, probably in 4-6 months though. Usually, I prefer reading the manga over the anime, but for Black Lagoon, the anime is much better. However, If you want to read the new manga chapters for Black lagoon for free (this is not advertisement) then go to onemanga.com They have hundreds of manga, including Bleach, onepiece, Naruto, Fairy Tail, D.GrayMan, Full metal Alchemist, Black Lagoon, Dragonball,, and lots more! Hope this helps anyone impatient enough to wait for the third season!
