Dragons ruled the skys in a time before men. Elves lived peacefully under them. Offering sacrifices. Dwarves hid in there giant fortresses and in there mountains, fearing and loathing the dragons. men were spawned. some say from dwarves and elves combined. but others say they were a freak of nature.men then made weapons from the earth. since they lacked natural armor, and natural weapons, like dragons. The Elves found protection with magic. the dwarves built more fortresses, and the humans hunted the Skykings of the world. Dragons.
To the north, the Forgotten mountains, where the Last of the royal family lives. keeping to themselves. pushing out any other dragons. To the west, there are the Hailfire Peaks, where our story will start, where few dragons lives, where most humans and dwarves make there money hunting dragons. Past the peaks, is the Soaring Desert. where its riddled with bandits and Orcs. Orcs came from the sea thats west of the desert. to the south is the Balkre sea, where humans build there cities. on the other side of the sea is the Great Forest of the elves. once the elves lived in the middle of the great plains that resided there. but they used magic to Grow there forest. to the east, is the dwarves. living on the rocky swamps of Huraketh, and Mount Roc. in the center are the plains that are inhabited by the Fukari, half human half orc. very ugly creatures. they live in well defended villages. and are constantly growing in numbers.
now the dragon numbers are dwindeling. down to maybe a hundred. most.
dragons come in all colors. for males : Red, purple, black, orange, brown, silver.
for females: green, Blue, yellow, white.
Male color is also based on attribute.
Black = Scales are the strongest, but its the slowest.
Red = Overall the best. everything is just above the norm. not the slowest, but not the strongest.
Oranges = everything is mediocr.
Purple = fastes dragon, most likely to get a mate next to a red.
brown = regualr with everything exept camoflage, it is brown so it can blend into the enviornment. least likey to get a mate.
silver = posionus and fast. everything else is low on the charts. intelect is high.
Female color is based on attractiveness
Green = Prettyest, biggest wingspan of all dragons. most likely to get a mate
Blue = Second Prettyest. great wingspan, better stamina
yellow = mediocer in everything. most intuitive
white = Least likely to get a mate. best fighter with girl dragons.
Dragons can only be a color thats been in the family line. say if there wernt any reds ever in the family line, it wouldnt be possible to have a red dragon hatchling.
when the males are born they automaticly fight for the egg shelf. the last one standing on the egg shelf is proclaimed the "king of the hill" and is the father dragons faverit hatchling. the egg shelf is a rock self in the cave, an outcropping, if you will. the mother dragon will try to stop all fights that break out between the boys. she will also send mind pictures to all of the hatchlings. showing some "memories" of hers to the baby dragons. like a good sunset, or where she met there father. the girl hatchlings will usually stay next to there mom. absorbing all of the information they can, while the males are dukeing it out. the father dragon will usually be out hunting.
dragons eat anything with meat and bones. there mouths are very acidic.
Dragons also eat rare metals. Dimonds rubies and gold. These all help the dragons armor to be stronger and shineyer. some metals will do this like steel or bronze. but to such a low extent. and it sometimes makes the dragons sick.
when a father and a mother dragon come togeather they unite there hordes togeather to feed the hatchlings so there armor can be healthy.
Dragons are secretive creatures. keeping to themselves or trying to kill everything and win over the world. those are two main personalities of the dragons.
Dragons have four legs. there wingspans are double there body lenght, not including the tail. which is three times the lenth of the body. when baby dragons are born they have what is called an "egg horn" which is at the center of there head, which they use to open the shell, once there out the scrape it against a wall, or a nearby rock. until it falls out. they are also born with one fang. its the knawing fang. most male baby dragons lose it in the first fight after birth. Dragons also have horns. Horns come with age. the first two horns, not including the egg horn, comes after six months of birth. then, every six months after that, they grows about an inch. then, every year, another tiny one comes in, then grows an inch each year. relly old dragons have been known to have horns that spread from the tip of there nose, down there neck, to there tail. after about 12 inches, ther horns stop growing. dragons try to keep the horns on there head tall, but rub there backs against the ground or rocks to shave the ones on there back down, for better manuverabilitiy. wings grow in after 12 months of birth.
Dragons can live anywhere from one minute to 800 years. relly old dragons have been known to sleep for months. Dragons are relly smart creatures. gaining tons of knowledge over the years. they can be tought any language. they cant write, but they can scribe into stone and other hard materials with there claws.
dragon names. Male dragons usually take the first two letters of the father dragons name and add it to theres. at the end or begginging.
girl dragon names are taken with there mothers first two and there fathers last two. exept they can put any of the letters where ever they choose.
Your Father will be a Orange Dragon by the name of Nerlgo
Your Mother will be a Green Dragon by the name of Hercine
Dragon's can start to breath smoke at 6 months, and fire at a year. becasue there fire lungs start to develop. the fire lungs run paralel with the lungs of the dragon. the hatchlings also eat there shells once they are born. it serves as a first meal. Drafons are usually found resideing in cave, but sometimes if they attack a castle, and win, they would use the castle as a makeshift cave. caves are the best sueited homes for dragons. you will be starting in a big cave in the hailfire peaks.

i will open the RP for RPing, when i get two more people to sign up.
after that, it will be closed for a week, then open for six more.
because it will be another batch of eggs. the first holds six, so does the second. and ill have three and more if alot of people like my rp.

Hercine, a beautiful green, looked over her eggs carefully, eyeing each one of them. she was exausted. she needed to sleep. even though her Mate, Nerlgo, an orange, was watching her and them, she wasnt going to sleep until they hatched. any time now lover.... she said to Nerlgo through her mind.
go to sleep Hercine, you need it. he softly said to her. trying to as comforting as possible.
"arnt they just wonderful?"She said to him smileing weekly. sending mind pictures of all of the peaceful, most beautiful places shes been to in her life. they be better then all of those..
the first batch of hatchlings is always the best. hey, wasnt one of your grandsire's a red? he asked.
yes. Hercine purred at the thought that one of her babies would be a red. you will also love the others though wont you lover?
yes, except that its highly unlikely that any other color would be the male hatchling of the egg shelf.Nerlgo replied. looking down at the eggs. then turning his head to the cave entrance. "i have to go find food. ever since the Fukari have been expanding, theve been scareing the game away. and the humans have striped the great plains of all of its horses. ill be back soon lover. with that he strode out of the dark cave with his powerful legs. then, you could hear a slam, as his wings beat, forceing the air to run into the ground. Nerlgo was only 80 years old. and hercine was 50. they met while hunting. and right then and there, the orange dragon knew who he would be with. the green dragon, Hercine, didnt have a chance of escaping if shed wanted to, which she didnt. she saw how confedint Nerlgo was. in capturing his, "prey". and she was his. forever.

One of the eggs began to wiggle and shake as the baby inside tried to force her way out of the egg. She turned and shifted, slamming her head against the hard shell, squeeking and letting out tiny roars as she scratched the sideand top and sides.

the hatchling stirred in his egg. not knowing where he was. but he knew he was safe. and comfortable. he was happy. his little mind started to work, and tick. his blood started to pulse. then, he got a sensation of colors, and shades, and tints! he was exited, it was comming from an outside sorce. he needed to escape! he needed to find out where that was coming from! he started to work his legs. he moved around ppushing for an exit. then, somthing on his head broke the walls that enclosed his understanding! he gasped for air. suking the precios trasure into his lungs. he kept pushing at the walls around him until everything was broken. the hatchling stumbled to the ground, exausted from the fight with the egg. he opened his eyes, to a big green wall. then, he got another wave of colors. somehow motioning for him to look up. and when he did, he saw his mother. he was about to go twards her. when this incredible itching sensation formed on his nose. where the egg horn was. he had to sooth it! it was demanding him too! he started to scrape his head into the ground, trying to stop the horrible sensations. it felt good to scratch his head! then, ahhhhh.... relief. it came off. The hatchlings cawwed. now extremly hungry. so with natral instinct, he started to chew on his broken egg, then swallowing it, it served as a first meal. once he was finished he went strait to sleep, curling up in a ball. and neatly resting in the same spot where he was born.

this hatchling was the last to come out and when it woke it started to freak out and sturggled with the egg till it broke out it then was so hungery it eats shell allso like the dragon near it it then went to bed.

Goeh pushed her head up and felt something give way. She stopped for a moment, then pushed harder and broke threw her shell, falling over and letting out a squeel as he egg rolled up onto her. She grunted and pushed back, shattering her egg and falling onto her back.

Goeh rolled over and squeeked, hungery and a bit cold. She saw one of her brothers and stumbeled over to him, falling onto her side as she squeeked again. She looked at the horn on the end of her nose that had helped her get out of her egg and she went crosseyed, lifting one o her tiny paws as she tried to scratch it off.

The hatchling was in a light sleep, breathing with his lungs for the first time. finnaly, he knew where the random colors were coming from, it was his mom! and he know knew that they were pictures. and then, one simple mind picture came to him. showing him his name. the he heard it in his head. "DurrNe"came a voice. "thats my mother, thats my mother!the hatchling cried. in hi ssleep. "and she said my name.......he thought, before drifting into a deeper sleep.

Doeh stumbeled and fell into her brother DurrNe. She squeeked and snorted, shakeing her head. She saw an image in her mind showing her her name and she looked up at the large green dragon watching them. She squeeked at her and tred to get up, but fell back over.

Hercine watched as a few Hatchlings were being born. coming from the eggshelf. one got out fast, and did everything as a hatchling should. so he would be a good dragon, and so far all both others were also doing good, but she doesnt know what to do if one isnt. she sent the names she picked out to the hatchlings. and then probeing there minds, putting images in there. so far she saw a purple, a green, and oh, she saw a mgnifisent red. "your fathers going to be so proud of you!"she said to her son.

Goeh lookd up at her mother again and squeeked, standing and looking at her feet to make sure that she would not fall. Once she was sure she was good and made her way toward her mother, a bit wabbly.
