WELCOME ALL!
TO THE UNITED GEEKS GUILD!

My name is Luna Starbright : Founder, Creator and President of the International United Geeks Guild.

Here at the United Geeks Guild, we strive for being as geeky as we can be. Wether it be in art, gaming, roleplaying, academics, etc!

1 ABOUT 1

The United Geeks Guild started about mid-March in the year of 2008. Two good friends, known as Luna Starbright and ZZ, were driving to school together talking about the clubs at their high school. Both had a fascination with Amtgard, a LARP game, and thought that it would be a cool idea to get the school to support an Amtgard club.

Luna's lightbulb then blinked, why not have a club supporting larger varieties of geekiness? ZZ couldn't have agreed more.

The quest was on. Luna went to her principle, got papers signed, a place to meet, a sponsor (a staff member who happened to be a LARPer), put up posters around the school, and it was done. The United Geeks Guild was born.

The club supported a small number of about 10 people per meeting day, which was nice because of the commotion!

Luna and ZZ's baby had grown from a small high school club, and expanded and grew into a free international club.

With a Myspace (official "website) and now the Gaia Guild, The U.G.G. has spread it's know abouts around.

The United Geeks Guild started out as a High School club as Earl Warren High school, San Antonio, TX

The sponsor of the club (teacher / staff member that has to sit and supervise) was infact, the biggest geek in the club.

The United Geeks Guild is now an international club!
