it depends how tall you are. the averge weight for a 13 year girl that is 5'6-5'10 is about 140lb. you also need to take your body build into thought; a small frame is lighter then a large (but if you have a large frame it doesn't mean your fat.) and if your in sports its understandible because muscle weighs more then fat. or your body my have developed a bit faster then the other girl. things like boobs tend to weigh a bit but about 120 is pretty average and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

welcome to the world of women hood or life in general. everyone thinks that there's something wrong with their body; from teeth to body weight. if we all spent more time on accepting our bodies for what they are then wasting all this time worrying. our world would be a happier places.
but don't worry about it, you're avarge (in weight and in general). if you don't like it (even though i totally think you shouldn't worry about it) you can eat healther and do more activies. because there's nothing wrong with being healther. just make sure it's the right way like getting in your three daily balanced meals, eat when you get hungery (you body stores more calories if you don't eat), get you daily water, and ect..... you know the stuff they teach you at school.

I'm nearly 16 and weigh nearly 140. still think something is wrong? I doubt it. besides, your body is not fully developed. you never know. you may have some growth spurt later on. like some people may be short and chubby-ish, but later on even out and get taller. i always thought I was fat cuz I was always the tallest/biggest in my class. but hey, thats my genetics. my but is naturally the size of a 2 watermelons. what can I say? and you said so yourself. your doing what you have to, and your metabolism even speeded up. this means your body is healthy and is the size it should be. and if you still think something is wrong, consult a doctor for a professional opinion. if the doc says your bod is fine, you cant argue.

It really depends on how strong and tall you are.Muscle weighs more than fat,and even if you were a little overweight, dont worry.a few pounds wont make a difference.

Here is something everyone needs to understand: Weight is relative. Mass, however, is not. You don't want to lose weight, you want to lose mass.
If you concern yourself with your weight, you most likely will become unhealthy.
The only thing that can help you here has already been mentioned. You need to eat heallthy and excersize daily. This will help you become more physically fit, and in turn, help you lose unwanted mass. If you build up your muscles, your weight is going to increase, so, like I said, don't concern yourself with that.
I suggest talking to your doctor or a nutritionist that can help you draw up a healthy eating/excersize plan. Something specific to your body. DO NOT take diet pills or stop eating altogether. This will not only make you sick, but it won't help you with getting into shape.
