Jose blinked for a moment, feeling as though something were missing. Everything was blank white for a moment. Until he took the next breath and blinked, then, the cafeteria came back into view. He looked to the piece of caramel covered chocolate he held in his hand and to his lap. It was warm and blood was returning to his legs. As though someone were sitting there. And, for some reason, he felt kind of sad and empty. There was no way to explain it. Like... He was missing someone. Startled by his own depression, he faded into the darkness of his mind, leaving Adorian, who'd just awoken, to come out. "That was weird...For some reason, I'm thinking about... Bees..." Mumbled the boy, nibbling idly on the chocolate, even though he didn't really like sweets.

Clover hues flickered around in mild panic. Why had everything gone white? Was she dead?! Oh, God, I've killed myself without realizing it! However, with a few blinks her proper vision returned to her. She turned her head, about to say something to Jose about what happened, but he had already changed. Seeing Adorian, her forgotten mini-depression returned to her and her forehead returned to rest on the table. I can't remember my apology speech anymore...It's been replaced with thoughts of cross dressers....Daaaaammmmnnn! A sigh escaped her lips and she lifted her hands to rest them on the back of her neck. I wanna go cry somewhere... She stared at her boots, realizing that they were scuffed on the toes and she needed to polish them. Lifting her head so that her chin was resting on the table, she stared blankly at her roommate, an apparently miserable look in her eyes. "Odd, 'cause I'm thinking about cross dressers..." she muttered, before returning her forehead to the warmed table's surface.
Let's see...We'll start with a nice 'I'm sorry' and then...

Maoko turned around and walked back into the cafeteria. He felt bad for just leaving like that after he had decided to wait on the others to leave. Luckily he had missed the disappearing cafeteria thing because he would have no idea what to make of it. He looked around for a moment before walking over to the table he had been at previously. He didn't see Jose for to long before he saw the boy who had first walked in when he was in there earlier. He sat down and looked around, wondering where Sanoko went. He felt as if thing had happened there and he didn't remember. He shrugged not really caring at the moment, she must have left. He was quiet for awhile.

Slowly, Adorian nodded. "Crossdressing Bees... We're thinking it." He replied, referring to the thoughts of Jose and Vanessa as well, who felt quite blank indeed. Why had he let Jose take over to begin with? Struggling to remember, all Adorian knew was that it had something to do with Mireille. Yet, he couldn't feign it, so, ignoring her no longer, Adorian gave a smile, looking down to the girl. "Are you tired...? Why is your head on the table? If you don't feel well, I'll take you to the dorm." He cooed softly.

Well, at least she knew she wasn't going insane now. Cross dressing Bees....What an odd thought, humorous too. And then, Mireille's heart stopped. What? WHAT? He didn't know? She could remember everything up to where they first sat down at the table, but after that everything was blank... Maybe that entire blank out thing erased something... Once again, she rested her chin on the table. Her eyes lifted, staring at him with utter disbelief. "You..." she started, but was unable to finish. She shook her head slowly, closing her eyes. "I don't know..." she sighed. Slowly, she stood. Covering her eyes with one hand, she tried to clear her head. It had to be the bright lights. Honestly, she had the worst headache. I'll tell him I'm sorry later... she thought, before dropping her hand to her side. "I...I'm definitely going back to the dorm," she managed, beginning to walk - rather unsteadily - for the door. I'm going to be sick... "You don't have to come with me, I'm just going to lie in the dark for a bit..." Did she want Adorian to come with her? Hell yeah, she did. But, obviously something was wrong with her. She couldn't even remember what time they had gotten to the cafeteria, let alone how long they had been there.
After a nice nap, she would go venture around the school some more. But right then, sleep...Sounded really nice.

After sitting there awhile Maoko got up. He had no reason to stay since he had already ate and Sanoko had left. He walked to the door leaving the cafeteria, he had no idea where he was going to go. Maybe he would just walk around or go to the library to look at a few books; he wouldn't read any of it just look. He could just go back to his dorm, but didn't feel like doing that. It was raining outside so there was no way he was going to go to the courtyard. He continued to think not coming up with anything. He sighed he would find something to do. It shouldn't be thathard to think of something to do right?

Aiko yawned as she wandered through the cafeteria. She still had to get used to the timezone she was in, and she was a little intimidated hearing English from everyone instead of Japanese. "あぁ~。。。楽しくないだね。"* she said. She at least hoped the staff spoke Japanese. Her English, though decent by Japanese High School student standards, was still poor and she only knew a few phrases. She sighed again and looked up at the waiter.
"日本語を話しますか?" she asked. Her eyes lit up when the waiter nodded. "ギョザをください。ありがとうございます。" she took a deep breath and smiled when he wrote down what she asked and headed back to place the order, then she crossed her arms onto the table and laid her chin on top. 'とにかく。。。ここは素晴らしいな学校ですね?これを欲しいします。' She nodded to herself in her mind and perked up when she smelled the balsamic vinegar of her gyoza. She grabbed a pair of chopsticks that were given to her by the waiter and grabbed a bite, smiling and savoring the flavor of the first bite.
[[*The japanese reads: "Aa~ tanoshikunai da ne." and then "Nihongo wo hanshimasu ka?" and then "Gyoza wo kudasai? Arigatou gozaimasu" and finally "Tonikaku... koko wa subarashii na gakkou desu ne? kore wo hoshiishimasu" which all means "Ah... this isn't fun" and then "Do you speak Japanese" and then "Can I have gyoza? Thank you!" and finally "Anyway... this is a good school right? I hope so." Wow I used a lot more Japanese than I thought.]]

Lucaria pushed his way through the crowd at the door, sheltering a tiny kitten, which he'd found cowering just outside, in his palm. He scanned the room for an empty table, to no avail. That would mean he'd have to talk to a stranger, but he was hungry, and he needed to find something that the kitten could eat, the poor little starved thing. Seeing nowhere else to sit, he made his way over to a table that was mostly empty except for a girl with oddly-coloured hair and eyes about the same shade as his own hair. He took a deep breath, walked over to her, and asked, in a soft voice, "May I sit here?" Meanwhile, the tiny kitten wriggled its way out from between his hands, which had formed a cage around it, and meowed at her.
He cooed at it in a strange tongue and it calmed, allowing him to recapture it for a second while he shifted his weight to the other leg. A bright red bird that had been perched on his shoulder let out a soft squawk and launched itself into the air, flying through the open door and into the outside air. Luca stared after it for a second before shaking his head and returning his attention to the kitten, whose ears he was now scratching with his thumb. He wondered if bringing animals into the Cafeteria was allowed, but dismissed the thought as quickly as it had come. It didn't matter, anyway. The kitten was in need of food, and that was that.
[Ag. Short post. I was thinking maybe he could magically know Japanese, but that wouldn't be any fun. So maybe he knows random words/phrases? That way they'd be even. But I dunno ;; I'm still thinking. xD]

[[Aiko can speak minimal English, so this is going to be a learning experience for her xD Don't worry about your character knowing any Japanese xD]]
Aiko swallowed the gyoza she was chewing before looking at the boy who had sat with her with a blank expression, processing the english phrase in her mind before answering. "I-yesu. You can sitto hia." she said with a thick Japanese accent. "S-sorri... I don't know m-much Engurish." she dipped another gyoza into the balsamic vinegar sauce and slowly chewed the beef-and-garlic dumpling. She smiled at the kitten the boy had brought with him to the table and smiled. She pulled a can of iced green tea out of her bag and popped the lid and took a sip of it before picking up an omelette.
"あなたの名まえーーああごめん。W-what's your name?" she asked hesitantly. She had never really tested out her Japanese before, so this was a learning experience. It was oddly exhilarating! She pointed the omelette, which was being carried gently by the chopsticks in her right hand, it nearly fell on the table, but she managed to move her plate underneath before it hit. The boy to whom she was speaking was at least a head and a half taller than her. She also hoped that this school was secluded from the paparazzi. If they got a picture of her alone with a boy, she'd have to resign from Morning Musume. And she surely didn't want that.

Luca sat gracefully across the table from her, carefully holding the kitten still. He murmured a quiet "Thanks" and listened to her trying out the sound of English. A small smile curved the corners of his mouth. He was amused despite himself. He could see that she was bravely trying to hold her own in a community that was entirely unlike her native country. She was even speaking a different language, albeit quite poorly, truth be told. But still. What she was doing took courage, and he admired that. He'd never had that kind of strength. "That's fine," he said in response to her admission that she didn't know much English. "You seem to be doing okay."
He saw a waitress walking toward the table and smoothly held the cat under the table so that she wouldn't see. When she asked him what he'd like, he requested a glass of milk, some sort of salad, and an empty bowl. She gave him an odd look, but wrote down his order and stalked away. He sighed and lifted the kitten from under the table to stroke its head. Luca looked up when the girl asked his name, then down again at the kitten's downy head. "Luca," he responded quietly. "I'm called Luca." He didn't ask for hers, but wondered if this would be considered rude, so finally, he asked, "What's your name?" He didn't make eye contact.
He really wasn't any good at making small talk.

Aiko repeated his name to herself. "Ruuka..." she said, she still couldn't pronounce l's very well. "My name izu Aiko Suzuki." she said. This was very strange. She usually didn't have to tell anyone what her name was. They usually knew already. But she wasn't in Japan anymore. She wasn't quite sure where she was. But it was nice that she was allowed outside and inside and anywhere that wasn't work and she didn't have to wear a hat and sunglasses and change her hair colour and eye colour and everything. Pink and red were her natural colours, as far as she knew. She just knew that it wasn't much energy to keep her hair pink and her eyes red. Black and brown were next in line, and then dyed colours took a lot of work.
She picked up the omelette again and swallowed it quickly, then sipped her green tea again. When she put down the can she yawned again and blinked a few times to wake herself up. The she drank more tea. Maybe the caffeine would help. She continued to stare a the kitten he held in his hands. It was so cute. She wished she had a cat, but she was never at home so she wouldn't be able to take care of it.

Luca set the kitten down in his lap for a moment in order to receive the food that the waitress set down on the table with a bang. She was obviously in a bad mood, but that wasn't his problem. He thanked her politely, if quietly, and picked up the fork that she'd brought. She watched him take a bite of his salad before she walked away, and as soon as he was sure that she was out of seeing distance, he put the fork down and poured one-quarter of the milk from the glass into the empty bowl. Looking around quickly, he set the kitten on the table in front of the now half-full bowl, and it mewled appreciatively at him, giving him a quick kiss on the chin, before it settled down to drink. He stroked its soft head as it lapped energetically at the milk, smiling the tiniest of smiles. He wasn't much for smiling. But he did again when he heard her pronounce his name. It was a small smile, not much, but he found her attempts at English rather amusing, in a sort of cute way. Kind of like the kitten.
"Nice to meet you, Miss Aiko," Luca said in his quiet voice. He was aware that being around all these English-speakers must be strange, and didn't want to overwhelm her by talking too much. Not that he was much of a talker, anyway.
She also appeared to be a little confused that he didn't know who she was, but he thought for a second and was sure that he didn't know her from anywhere. He pondered this while taking another bite of his salad, watching the kitten out of the corner of his eye. Then he noticed that she was also staring at the kitten. He wondered if she liked kittens. "You can hold her, if you'd like. She doesn't belong to me," he tried to explain as concisely as possible. But maybe she'd think it was a bad or weird thing that he'd picked up a random kitten off the sidewalk?
Oh well. It's said and done. And I couldn't have left the kitten in the rain... Now that he thought about it, the kitten was almost completely dry, as was he.

[[I'm going to assume the kitten is an NPC, so I can control it too. I'll change my post if that's wrong xD]]
Aiko took a few deep breaths and finished the last of her meal before giggling with delight at the kitten lapping up milk. It was so cute! She loved cats and dogs and animals, but she had no time to take care of them. She cautiously moved her hands towards the baby cat and with her index finger lightly scratched it on top of the head, then slowly moved to two and then three fingers until her hand was lightly petting the kitten from head to tail. It purred at the attention it was getting.
When it had finished it's milk, she picked up the cat. "S-sankyuu" she said. She had only understood the first half what he said, but that was enough. She whispered a few things to the kitten and laughed as it curled up between her arms and drifted off to sleep. She put the kitten down on the table and continued to pet it lightly as it curled up into a small ball. "D-does za koneko have a name?" she said. She didn't know the word for kitten, so she used the japanese and pointed at the kitten. Maybe the two of them could raise it. Like it's mom and dad or something.
She drank more of her green tea and was watching the boy eat a salad when her phone rang. She got a text message. It was from Niigaki Risa, her best friend and subleader of Morning Musume. She waited through the ringtone before opening her cell phone, as her ring tone was one of her favourite songs: Honki de Atsui Theme Song. In English the text said something about having to go to work the next day because they had the day off for a typhoon today. ['あぁ!いいだね。' she thought. More time to practice her English.
[[The japanese says "Aa! Ii da ne!" which means "Ah! Great!"]]

[Spot on, old chap~ xD]
Lucaria watched the kitten to make sure that it was okay drinking the milk. He guessed that it was about two months old, maybe a little younger. It really shouldn't have been away from its mother so soon, but it was at the time where weaning wouldn't kill it, so he supposed it would be fine. He looked at its neck, searching for a collar and tags, or even just a disturbance in the fur where a collar might once have been. But he saw none. He couldn't just abandon it. So he hoped that the school didn't have a policy forbidding animals in the dorm rooms.
Then he saw Aiko reaching out her fingers, noting that both she and the kitten were timid at first, but quick to become enthusiastic. He saw that the kitten seemed to like her quite a bit, and smiled almost undetectably around bites of salad. He gazed warmly at the little fuzzball that he'd come to think of as his, watching as it - actually, she, he'd noticed - fell asleep in Aiko's arms. He realized that he wouldn't mind having joint ownership of the tiny life form with this strange girl. It'd actually be nice to have someone with whom to share his love of nature and its creatures.
"No." Luca shook his head. "She doesn't have a name. Would you like to name her?" He spoke softly and slowly, trying to help Aiko understand. He realized that 'koneko' must be the word for kitten, and he added, kindly, "She's called a 'kitten'."
He started as her cell phone went off, and then realized what the noise was. He smiled as he listened to the odd music, of a type he'd never before heard, and looked over at the kitten. Surprisingly, she didn't even stir, and he was grateful. The poor kitten probably needed her rest.
Luca blinked as he realized that he'd been smiling a lot more than usual, today.
