ChibiTotoro222 - Promoted to Co-Captain! (She will continue her job as Communications Ambassador as well.) She's been even more active than I, and is doing an amazing job. Quite frankly, there isn't anyone else as qualified as her to take on that position.

Sakurazaki Setsuna - Official. Sakurazaki Setsuna remains as Reporter and Quiz Master. She's been doing her job well, and is active. Good work!
Zazie Miyazaki - Official. Activity is questionable but he's been doing a good job as a Graphic Art Team Member. As for the Secretary position... Now, I know that there hasn't really been a need for one, but I feel that someone else would be better suited for it.
Nightmare Firo^2 - Demoted. He may be active, but hasn't shown any intiative or artwork. He hasn't even made a post in the crew work journal.
The Phage (The Wiggin Boy) - Demoted. A lack of enthousiasm and initiative. He set up a posting contest, but hasn't updated for quite a while. His work diary also shows inactivity in his duties.
Blibbes - Demoted. He hasn't been active, nor deserves the title of Graphic Art Leader, since he shows no initiative in making art for the guild.
Arasai - Demoted. As recruiting director, he has yet to invite someone into the guild. ChibiTotoro222 had taken the liberty of doing his job because he wasn't. No entry in his work diary has been made and activity is questionable.

These are the positions that anyone may apply for. However, the people nominated will get first priority.
- Event Planner
- Secretary
- Recruiting Director (Also in charge of supervising the members and issuing warnings if they break rules)
- Graphic Art Team Member (Leader will be decided after one proves him/herself as a regular member)

These are the people that have made themselves known in the guild. They were selected either because of the interest (in TMSNG &/or Negima) they've shown, activity and/or talent/skill.

Because I know many people have the tendency to... Well... Not participate in these sort of things... I'm starting the vote early, so people know ahead of time what they should participate in.

I am indeed dissapointed in all those that have been demoted. Some of you claimed certain things would be done in your applications... But from what I've seen, those claims were false. Perhaps in the beginning you did your duty, but as time progressed... Your efforts diminished. Another problem was initiative. As an individual, if you didn't know what to do (or what was ok to do), you should have contacted me.
All crew members that have kept their position so far (ChibiTotoro222, Sakurazaki Setsuna and Zazie Miyazaki) will recieve 500 gold each for their efforts!
The position(s) assigned to them is(are) now official.
Sakurazaki Setsuna will recieve an extra 500 gold for being the crew member with the most posts (149)!
ChibiTotoro222 will recieve an extra 500 gold because she was promoted to Co-Captain!
ChibiTotoro222 will recieve another 1000 gold because she invited people into the guild, even though she wasn't the recruiting director!

Yes, I have just revealed that I will be paying crew members for the work they do in this guild. All crew members will be evaluated and paid every 2-5 months.
Note: As you may have noticed, I like it when people show initiative. wink
Special projects that I assign to a crew member will be paid for upon completion.
Members will also recieve cash/prizes depending on how much they post/how active they are. (Whether I feel you deserve it.) Regular members will be evaluated at random.
Rune Venus - Awarded 1000 gold for the amount (105) and quality of his posts. Also, thank you for being active.
Konoka-sama - Awarded 500 gold for being the regular member with the most posts (145).
