As of right now, I am seeking Senseis to teach the classes. Senseis have several duties they must perform in this guild.
-Teach Students how to use Magic/Weaponry
-They Work as Guild Crew
-They are examples of how other members should behave
-They follow rules and regulations and are fair in decisions
Aside from those things, it isn't a hard job. I just need some people to fill in positions.
All positions have been filled!

Alright, we have most of the Teacher positions filled now! We are lstill looking, but I have decided to get the first guild event rolling. As you are all aware, we have a guild mission page. There is a mission prepared on the first page, if you want to participate, you will have to be online on the day I will announce a little later (Have to look at my schedule for an opening.)

Due to the difficulty of keeping up with all the new members. If you want to be in an elemental class, you must first pm the teacher with your request. Afterwords, the teacher will pm me, so I may update the list.
I have said it before, but some people may have missed it, you may only enroll in one class at a time. And I can't stress it enough that people read through the rule and explanation thread before they start to do anything else.
This all being said, I hope to finish filling in positions, and get the guild moving.

Guild Debt!
By creating this guild, I have aquired a rather large amount of Debt. I would like to request, that if, instead of donating to the guild fund for a little while, that if you want to give any donations to the guild, I would gladly accept them to help me pay off my debt.
I borrowed a substantial amount of money to buy the guild, and if I could, I would like to pay back the man in full. You may or may not know him, his name is Solase, and he is my oldest student, and one of my oldest friends on Gaia.
This is the Guild Info about the Debt:
Total Amount Borrowed: 14.5k eek
Goal Payment: At Least 10k (Goal Met) biggrin
Amount of Debt Payed Off: 14.5k/14.5k biggrin
Please people, I am about to give another 1k to it. Anything you guys can offer me is greatly appreciated. If you donate to this cause, I will remember your kindness. And trust me, Geo is a generous person.

Items and Enchantments and Missions, Oh My!
Today, I would like to announce that the Marketplace has been opened, and the very first mission of the guild is up. I would like to ask that everyone who wishes to participate follow these common guidelines.
1. Remember, you can only use what you have when you start the mission
2. Please don't go too far ahead without some guidance from me, Geo.
3. Have fun, and remember, there is treasure in those caves!

Congrats to Hiei and Geo!!!
This seems as good a reason as any to make an announcement! On behalf of the entire Elemental Ninja Academy we would like to congradulate you on Jade's birth! She beautiful, adorable, perfect, and amazing all bundled up into one cute little girl. To a beautiful baby and the start of a great family!

gonk Resignment! gonk
Today, Hikaru Kaze resigned from his position as Wind Sensei. This means several things... first, the position is once again open. Anyone interested please ask me via pm. Second, I have had to revoke his crew Status and I will be forced to delete his Dojo etc. And third, I will have to ask the wind students to forgive me, but any rank ups you have recieved, will be revoked as well, for if you did recieve any, they were given without the Guild Council permissions.

A Sad Notice
Member of the Guild, Queen Swords, aka: Kat, died as a result of complications from a car crash. I would like to ask that everyone at least show some respect for the dead, and be easy on Lance and Hiei Obsessed for a while, they were hurt the most by this tragedy. I am pained too, but my needs are not as great as either of theirs.
It was brought to my attention that because of this, Lance may not be getting on Gaia for a short period of time, so please bear with us, give him time to mourn.

Another Resignment! crying
Our Shadow Sensei, Karma, has officially resigned from her position as a Sensei, due to problems she is having in the real world. We will all miss you Karma!
New Methods!
Each Sensei has the permission to open a 'store' inside of their Dojo if they want to. They are allowed to offer special goods and services to students of their element, though I request that prices be fair, etc.

eek Guild Map!? eek That's right, Geo is working on a guild map. It is going to show all of the Dojos and special locations within the guild.
