The Serpent's Pass is one of the few direct paths to the Earth Kingdom's massive capital, Ba Sing Se. It is very rocky and is covered in dangerous cliffs. Although called the Serpent's Pass, it is not as twisted as a serpent like most people assume. It is in fact, named after the gigantic serpent that guards it. The serpent attacks everything and everyone that trespasses into its territory, and few have ever survived an encounter with it. This makes the Serpent's Pass one of the most feared locations in the Earth Kingdom. Although many refugees from the War pass this area, few have the courage to cross it, instead choosing the well-protected harbor at Full Moon Bay, as it provides undisturbed passage to Ba Sing Se via boat. To further warn refugees of the dangers at the Serpent's Pass, a large sign at the Pass entrance reads "Lose all hope", adding to the strong fear aimed at the location.

Kego stood at the edge of Serpent's Pass he waved his hand and his people started to walk in the pass.

Kego and his small army walked for about a mile.Kego felt something go under his feet."It's nothing" said kego knowing he would scare his army so he kept walking.

Oni was following Kego and ti na the whole time. Oni had a childenish like personitly sometime like right she felt playful but know she couldn't be. So Oni stands quit. Oni looked at ti na when he said that "i'am not i always believed air benders were out there just hidden from all evil they had the right mind, to me that is"

"I have known a fee air benders back when i was 15 i heard there are over 7 air benders alive now" said kego as he stoped and looked at the ground rocks where shaking

Kego saw a giant Serpent raise from the water with blue body and red eyes.

Oni see the serpent rise up. "this is not good....." Oni grabed her bow and an arrow she was about to aim at the serpent but then stoped "what i'm thinking, my real arrow wont do a thing to it and im out of my good arrows" Oni steped back

Oni looks at ti na "You got it ti na, Lets go people hurry!" the people ran pasted oni to get to the end of the pass. Oni looked at kego "come on kego" Oni looked at the pass and then at Kego
