krystal from starfox adventures
midna from twilight princess
trixie kong from donkey kong adventures
a few crystal chronicles characters since nintendo owns that too biggrin

oooh thats a tough one hmmmm....
knuckles(shadow sucks by the way)
maybe megaman(though unlikley)
maybe a costume system allowing u to be different versions of characters
examples:
Mario- paper mario, tanooki mario, cape?
Luigi- Mr. L, paper luigi
Wario- purple wind, warioware
Samus- fusion suit
Sonic- idk darkspine sonic?, wolf sonic? (tough one)
Starfox characters- 64, assault, command
Link- young, OoT, toon, TP
Zelda- young?, OoT, toon(turns into tetra by the way), TP
Ganondorf- OoT, toon, TP, pig demon thing he used to be in the old games
Bowser- paper, dry bowser, (cant think of others)
Peach- paper (duh)
Yoshi- boshi(cant believe i said that)
Pokemon trainer(whom shouldn't suck by the way)- Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh
Pikachu- raichu
Mewtwo- mew, alakazam(idk)
thats about all i can think of (please don't bother to b***h about my opinion) but yeah i can only think of a costume feature

MEGA MAN ... that would be awesome and master chief... then we could finally see who's better... samus or masterchief...unless the person playing sucks
