Okay people, I need locations for Naroahan. Things like cities, small towns, ruins, forests, deserts, tundras etc...

Make these locations unique...only the best will be taken, so no worries. If you have lore for these places, please do input them below, and i'll see how it goes. Legends, and lores make a place...smexy.

My idea:

Taiyrn {One syllable word pronounced Tehrn}

The ancient ruins of Tairyn reside in the southern part of Naroahan, close to the sea. Once, long ago, a bursting metropolis built by an advanced civilization it is now nothing more than weathered and crumbling walls that seem to be slowly decaying into nothing. It is said that these ruins were built by a highly advanced civilization with technologies that have not been seen in the world of Gi for a long time, and for good reason. Though there is no proof of their technology, the pure craftsmenship of the now broken buildings speaks of advanced culture. However, it is also believed that this civilization wiped itself off the face of the map by delving too far into technology, ending in the destruction of their greatest city.

Lore for Taiyrn
It is said that the souls of the people who built this once great city still roam about the ruins. At night travelers have claimed to hear mournful cries of the long dead civilization, a warning for others never to pry as far as these people once did. Sightings have been claimed but there is never any proof of such things.

{Just an idea. You don't have to use it, I just thought I'd put it out there. ^_^}

jenaire (gin-air)

Jenaire is a small village deep in the varian (vair-ian) jungles. The village is quite small, it only consists of about 60 people. The village is living between three of the great rivers. River of Onslautis to the west, River of kironaus to the north and River of Parteaux to the east. Each river is named after the founders. Onslautis was a beautiful young maiden who was from the west and had fallen inlove with Parteaux who was from the east. The two had eventually gotten married and moved to a town north of what is now Jenaire. there they lived peicefully until beastiles decided to rade the town. Onslautis and Parteaux had to leave the town to save their baby from the beastiles. As the two ran through the burning town they met a man named Kironaus. He led the two out of the town to save the baby, but they had no where else to go. After weeks of traveling aimlessly they crossed a rather large river and found themselves in a clearing. They built a few huts and called it Jenaire which in elvish means, holy water. After the few huts were done they brought survivors from the attack to Jenaire. The village grew and so did the greed of Onsluatis, Parteaux and Kironaus. the three had a meeting one day in the middle of summer and they started to fight over who should be the head of the town. Kironaus got so furious and jealious of Parteaux, he tackled him and wrang his neck like a wet towel until Parteaux was dead. Onslautis tried to flea but Kironaus grabbed her arm and slammed her against the wall. As she tried to pull away she felt a small knife dig into her stomach and as kironaus backed away, onslautis fell to the ground. Realizing what he did kironaus ran out of town and was never seen again. and that's the story of Jenaire. It was once surrounded by holy water but the water lead them all to death and sorrow.
In present day, it's hme to about 60 people who are living in peace. the town has spread out by about 3 miles over the 300 years so much has not changed. Instead of all elves in the village, it was taken over by humans and half-breeds of the two. the town is a majestic sanctuary for run-aways and lost creatures. If you happen to go there, you'll run into almost all breeds of dragons and animals.

((so what do ya think?))

Varian Jungles

The varian jungles are pretty much like the rain forest but more dangerous. There are 5 parts to the jungle. Lococue is the nort western part (mostly dark elves), Mabugla North east(mostly wood elves), Dacrinow south east (very little supior life forms, mostly animals), Jeanoillique sout west (giant mixture)and franbegueick is in between it all (mostly humans and elves). all of the junlge together, it only takes up about 13%. it doesn't even cover a fourth of the continent.

(pretty tropical if you ask me!!! hehe)

The Ruins of Era Granda
E-rah Gran-da

The Ruins of Era Granda is an ancient place that existed long ago during the earliest times of Naroahan. It is very well known as one of the earliest places where magic was reinforced and improved; however, due to a great war fought within the city, it resulted its destruction. One of the most noticeable traits of the ruins is the eve-running upside-down waterfall all around the vicinity. Various waterways, all ancient, run throughout the ruins and still fully functional. If one person is about to stumble upon the original sewer system, they may be lost in its vast waterways.

Throughout the years, the ruins of a long forgotten city became weaker and weaker. Because of that, people came by rarer and rarer. It became a sightseeing attraction to majority of the visitors of the former enchanting city. Be not be fooled by its appearance, it houses Mimics, Minkeys and Elementals deeper into its bowels. At some rare moments, bounty hunters raid the city for these fiends for their own benefit.

Temple of Lorgin (pronouced Lore-gen)

Temple of Lorgin is high in the center of the Elven capital. It is considered a Holy, and sacred temple which only the high Elves may enter. It is for one of their oldest and might highly whorshiped god Lorgin. It is the size of a Catholic Cathedral, with one alter in the scantry and many many different kinds of art works deticated to him. There is also rooms for the Elven monks that worship him day and night. To get married in this temple is the greatest of all greatest of honors, same with being crowned king. Even being in the temple is an honor. Although only Elves may enter.

Ryu-Long-Yong(Meaning dragon in three languages.)

Located: Deep within the Valley of Dragons.

Current residence: Majority dragons while only several people other than the Yi family still reside there.

Legend: Many scholar and historians are skeptical about the founding of the town. It happened during era called the "Dragon Exile." It was a dark time for any dragons in any city in Espion or Naroahoan alike. Led a strange light, the dragons all ended in a Valley. An angel came to them and said "I had great empathy for you! This is all I can help you with! I will send humans, elves, dwarves, what have you to this place to assist you. They will have a glowing palm which will be a sign that I have sent them here! What you all do together is all upon your hands or claws." From all over the known world, armies have descended upon the valley for 40 years and both sides have faced heavy losses. Until one man rose as general for the valley residence. His name was Ryu-Long-Yong, and he was known in the people's hearts as the greatest general and Dragoon of all time. Leading battles after battles, Ryu-Long-Yong was victorious with his extensive knowledge of his surroundings. Until the most decisive battles, he was struck by a lucky hit from the enemy. However, instead of falling straight down he charged at the enemy slashing left and right until he gave his final breath. With courage and the urge to not let General Ryu-Long-Yong's efforts go to waste, they carried out the plan and all fought as mad as their beloved General. Despite the surrender of all the opposing enemies, the residence mourned for the loss of Ryu-Long-Yong. From then on, the village was named after their general to let his legacy live on in the hearts of the generations to come.

History: It was once a place where promising Dragoons will arise and head out with their dragon partner. From there, the Yi Family of the Dragons created a clan and gained notoriety as a family full of either Beast-Masters, Martial Artists, and Dragoons. However, as the time went by, one clan member after another grew tired of living it Ryu-Long-Yong and pursued what they want to pursue. The head family had no problem as long the other branches keep in touch. This went on for centuries and people saw that the clan shrinking smaller and smaller. Not only that the new head branches got fewer and fewer letters from their branch family.

Meanwhile the branch family use their clan name to their advantage as long as they held schools of their art in the towns or cities they currently live in. However, their art style became a bit lazier and flashier making the practitioners only half as good the ones who learned the original.

The dragons respected highly regard the Yi family and decided to help preserve their art. The Gold dragons recorded all there is to the Yi Family Art and has been passed down to generation to generation. Currently there has been at least 50 head members of the family, and there are still dragons that have personally met the 20th head members.

Currently Yong-Gyum is the 50th head member since his father died and he is the sole member of the family branch. That is why Onyxia, who was a friend of Yong-Gyum's father, trained Yong-Gyum day and night so he can survive almost anything.
