we need to find a way to recruit people.... maybe a promotion of some kind..... like....so much experience for every member you recruit? i dunno... jsut throwin out ideas...

I don't know. I personally feel that a few banners would really help. I have been working on one for my dojo, but we need one for the whole guild I think, not just a single element.

I agree with the banner idea.
One for the entire place first. Then if anyone has time others can be made for specific elements.

I read about the banner idea, so I just went ahead and made one for the fun of it. You dont have to use it, but I thought I'd help out. It's pretty small, but it works. Feel free to edit if ya want.

That is such an awesome banner! I went ahead and made one myself for earth students. I like everyone else's banners more than the ones I made. xp I even like the student banner more than my own.

lol well i think i'm gonna talk to the leader about letting me set up a night club of some sort... i will need bar tenders... adn we also need dorms.... which i think i'll ahve above the club... but like i said... i ahve to talk to the leader...

I think that would be an excellent idea. I was thinking of some things like that. Like your club, maybe some kind of hotel thing, or any other building we'd need staff to run. We could get people to come in and run them like the weapon master positions, Id be happy to run something temporarily til we actually got the right person for it.
