Our theatre that shows Rocky here is dying and we need donations.
We started showing in Chandler Cinemas on September 16th, 2006. Since then, we've managed shows every Saturday night with occasional themed shows and friday shows. We've had a number of newspapers write articles on us and have appeared on the news a few times.
In January, ownership of the theatre was passed on to us, the Rocky people and since then we have been struggling to keep our theatre alive.
Now, with our hundredth show approaching on August 2nd, we're not sure if we will be able to stay open even that long.
We, the Rocky people, have been trying frantically to keep it open. I Have a handful of money I'm going to donate when I go this weekend - but we need help.
Appealing to the Rocky freaks, you know how hard it is to go without Rocky.
So I humbly ask you if it would be in your hearts to donate just a dollar or two to our cause, and if not,
do you have any ideas at all which might help us? Here's a link to the bulletin posted on myspace which may explain it better than I can.

I extend my sincerest thanks, and those of Come As you Are and Chandler Cinemas.
For Discussion:
Have you ever been to Rocky where the cast owned the the theater they performed in?
Ever had a Rocky cast lose their home?
