Airport? Okay, I suppose if you want me there, I'll be there. You want Roxy too? We could kidnap her...

I liked those books too...but it wasn't in my top ten (My first is Harry Potter [I swear, I am their biggest fan], second Artemis Fowl, so on). I'm not a big crazy-fan-girl-obsessed-with-romance type, so, yeah. Good story, just not my kind. I like fantasy mixed with slight horror, basically, with only a bit of romance, not the whole story based off of it. I liked The Host, one of her other books, a lot better. More sci-fi.
-spoilers alert-
I liked the second and fourth books the best. The second, I think, portrayed Bella's feelings very well when Edward left - it was extremely well written. The fourth I loved - how everything seemed to fit together in the end. The only part I disliked about it was that it felt unreal (I know that's an ironic term to put, since it really wasn't real anyway) - I mean, come on, no one died (Irina doesn't count, I mean someone important that we all cared about)! I wasn't expecting that, of all things! Perfect happy endings just don't happen! UGH!
And now, every time I hear the word "Twilight" I want to rip something. It's just annoying! I like it and all, but not that seriously, and to hear it repeated, over and over and over again! -smashes head into wall frustratedly-
I'm not the only one with mixed feelings about this, either - so don't try to argue my views, please, as they won't change. ;3

No, I get what you mean. When I read it, it was amazing. It's one of those series that just draws you in. Afterwards, it's like, "What the hell did I just read?" The simplicity kills me. There are a lot of problems when you think about it afterwards.
But I laugh anytime anyone mentions it these days. It's so over popular. I think the second and fourth are also my favorites, lol.
