I got to do Winterguard for three (I think) years. My first year, the director disappeared. We didn't hear from him again until he turned up as a winterguard judge. My second and third years, though, we won state. It was glorious.
We performed to Nightingale by Nora Jones one year and then to Schism by Tool the next.

I am a member of our winterguard at our school and have been since it started. We got first in all the competitions last season along with highest honors in WGI mock regionals in Oklahoma. We were also asked to perform at WGI this year. We have an exasting, but amazing show this year. It is "Been To Long" by Emmy Rossum. And we started a Junior high team this year We are so excited for both them and us.
