I honestly don't have a whole lotta favorites, as I don't watch a whole lotta anime.
But:
Gankutsuou ( heart heart heart )
b*****d!!! ( heart heart )
Hamtaro
Pokemon (when the show used to be entertaining until I figured out it's the same damn scenerio for every episode)
Vampire Hunter D/Bloodlust
Akira ( heart heart )
Mega Man (When it used to come on heart heart )

I love alot alot of Anime Tsubasa and Final Fantasy:Unlimited are my tops though and my list wouldn't end if I continued hehehe

I think Tsubasa can get a little overrated sometimes, but I can see the appeal.
As for FF:Un. I've never even heard of that version o___o;
