As with any guild, rules must be enforced. As fun as chaos can be, it can also get us banned. LOL

~Please, at all times and in all threads, follow Gaia's TOS.

~No flaming!! Respect people, learn it or fake it at the very least!

~Please keep all posts to their relevant threads/sub-forums.

~Keep your word! Do not offer a prize, if you do not have it! Believe me, I will find out and your butt will be gone! Same goes with gifting...don't post in the Give a Gift thread if you do not intend on gifting back...it's just plain rude, and will get you banned from my guild asap!

~Along those lines, PLEASE message me or any of the mods if you have had this experience with a user several times...But please give it a couple days, or so, as I know some people come and go but keep checking...

~All prizes collected for Contests must be sent to our Mule avvie (to be created). This keeps a guarantee that all prizes will be awarded to their proper winners.

~Keep all posts fun and friendly! We're here to have fun, maybe gain a few quest items, and get to know one another!

~If you will be leaving/away from Gaia for a large amount of time, please let us know! You can either post in our Away thread, or message me or any mod.

CONTESTS

For any contests made, first I need some suggestions from members!
I will pick one type of contest every month for a contest specific thread to open.

I would like all entries to be posted in the entries thread only, I will ignore any PMs with your entry.
You can enter with more than one entry, but only the top three users will be awarded prizes.

Please accompany your link to your entry with a list of items you are questing/wanting/etc. as I will put this into consideration for prizes.

Our first contest held, all prizes will be donated from the crew. Afterwards, I am hoping we can get member support into sending any possible prize items (no trash, or starter items, etc PLEASE) to our Mule avvie (to be created).

All entries must be kept within a PG rating and follow Gaia's TOS. Any nudity/sexual themes will not be tolerated. Sexual hints, or partial nudity (items, censor bars, etc covering private parts) must be labeled with a PG 13 rating!

Winners will be featured on our Home page for the next month, and their winning entry will be displayed in our Winners Circle thread!

Role Playing

As usual, no god moding powerplaying, all that annoying stuff!
We want fun roleplays. If any deaths, or such are to occur, I request both members to message me letting me know both parties have agreed to such.

If any member tries to kill your character, etc. please message me! I will not tolerate pushy roleplayers!

Keep all topics under a PG rating, and follow TOS at all times!
No cybering!! If you would like your RP to go past a PG rating, take it to notes! I will not have this guild shut down, or myself banned, for your RP.

Try to keep the one liners at a minimum, along with any cursing, etc. We want fun, and interesting roleplays to reply to!

Any roleplay can be joined at any time, so if you would like to keep your RP to the members already included, PLEASE include a PRIVATE label in the thread subject!

Unlike other RP specific guilds, I don't care what topic you post about. It can be Fantasy, real-life, Sci-fi, anything and everything goes as long as it follows TOS.

GAMES

Any games from Bingo, word games, ABC games, etc. can be played here!

The creator of the thread, is to supply the prize. It is your choice to list the prize(s) for the winner in your intro thread, though it may get more people to play in the end.

DO NOT offer a prize you do not have, or cannot get!!! If I find out you have created games and either left them hanging, or not given the prize offered to the winner, you will be banned!

If you have started a game, and need to leave or will be away from Gaia for an amount of time, PLEASE post so in your game thread, and/or message me or any of the mods to let us know!

Please keep all games outside of the actual Gaia games...no challenges to go to Fishing and see who can catch the best/biggest fish. Keep them simple and fun!
