I'm not really sure, but I know when I say
'Boku mo' it means - 'Me to' right?

Or is that wrong?

What is 'Mo' actually used for?

'Mo' can be used in many ways and contexts.

Lunch
Lunch wa gyuudon o tabeta(I ate Gyudon[beef bowl, also a popular dish in yoshinoya-style restaurants] for lunch)

Now let's switch wa out with mo to see how it changes the sentence.

Lunch
Lunch mo gyuudon o tabeta(I ate Gyudon for lunch, too)

And let's make this a negative to see how the meaning of the sentence changes

Lunch
Lunch mo gyuudon o tabenai'n da(I don't eat Gyudon for lunch, either)

'Mo' can also be used in sentences telling how much of something a person has, or how long someone has been waiting.

Masami-chan o Nanjikan mo matta(I've been waiting for Masami-chan for how many hours?)

Atashi o ni...sanjikan mo matte. Tabun darou.(I've been waiting no less than 2...3 hours, probably. )

Atashi no keitai o ichi mo denwa shinai wa yo!(Not once has she even called my cell!)
