Well something that I thought of that might help get more members in the guild is having people in the guild spread the word around more often.

How about like every once in a while have a in guild avatar competition or something? For instance, "Scariest Avi" and a prize of ____. The poster of the competition gives a deadline and also judges it. Best avi wins.
