You have just finished you long ascend up a narrow, dark flight of stairs to reach to top of the talles tower. You look over the edge to try and see the bottom, but all you see is darkness. You don't even know why you climb the impossiblily high tower. You just felt that you needed to. It was as if something was calling you.
Looking around, you spot a simple wooden door not but five feet from you. Why not, you decided. Careful that you don't fall over to a bloody death, you walk to the door and open it. You are suddenly blinded by bright light. After a few moments, your eyes adjust to show you what's inside.
The first thing your eyes see is the ceiling, or where the ceiling should be. You see the setting sun, but you don't remember a tower with no roof when you saw the place from the outside. Fortunatily, you quickly realies that the ceiling is only enchanted to show the outside sky.
You notices that the round room you're in is pretty big as you walk into it. It even has a open second foor, which has walls lined with books. The metal railing has both the Western and Eastern zodiac. Moving clockwies, you see them in the order of: Aries, the Dragon, Taurus, the Snake, Gemini, the Horse, Cancer, the Sheep, Leo, the Monkey, Virgo, the Rooster, Libra, the Dog, Scorpio, the Pig, Sagittarius, the Rat, Capricorn, the Ox, Aquarius, the Tiger, Pisces, the Rabbit, and... a Cat? (You will learn more about this later.) Each animal/creature has their symbols/charaters next to them, all but the cat which is placed really close to the Rabbit.
Your eyes then travel down to the walls of the first foor and you stop for a moment to take in the beautiful mural of four mythological creatures. You notices that one of the creatures is directly under the setting sun, a white tiger. The white tiger is seating on top of what looks like a metal stone in a forest with falling leaves. Moving counterclockwise, you see a vermilion sparrow flying out of the fire-y sun over a bearen mountain. You then see a azure dragon wrapt around the trunk of a tree in a field of flowers and animals. The last mural is of a black tortoise coming out of water with iceberges. Each of the murals are separated a door, which has the eight trigram symbol on it (See picture below), and a set of stairs going to the second foor.
You go up one of these stairs, curious about the books. Reaching the second foor, you start reading the titles of the books. You are amazed by the variety of subjects. There is everything from art, science, and magic to literature and puzzle books. You randomly pull out a book. As you lean on the railing to read, you hear a voice.
"Well, hello up there."
Startled, you almost drop the book which you quickly close as you turn around to see who's there.
You see a silver haired women, who appears to be in her mid 20's, standing in the middle of the room. Her short hair looks like it hasn't been combed in a while, but it did looked washed. She has on a black top with black skater pants that has red stitching and a red trench coat. Her black shoes are barely visible on the absolute black marble foor.
From the second foor, you see something that you didn't while you were on the first foor, a silver ten pointed star. The star looks like someone took the pentagram and a pentacle and put them on top of each other.
"Why don't you come down so we can introduce ourselves to each other?" The women ask, breaking you out of your daze.
You place the book back and walk down the stairs. Noticing it was getting darker, you see lit candles appearing out of thin air. The ceiling showed that a full moon was rising as you walked over to the women.
"Welcome," the she bowed, "to my home."
You stoped, 'What?' You think to yourself.
Straighting up, she sees your confusion. "Well, actually this is my personal library." She tells you, trying to explain. "A friend of mine ask me to teach a class for them at your academy." She started to walk around the room. "But I really dislike the rooms that are there. So I made a door that would let the students come to here." She gives you a second to absorb what she told you before continuing. "This room is in another dimension. That is so I can have the classroom at the top of the highis tower and not have to worry about space and stuff."
A black and red wooden chair appears out of nowhere. She sat down in the chair, crossing her legs. "So, once again, welcome." Her silver cat-like eyes looked straight in to your's. "You may call me Sennin Dracopelta."
