Red lasers flashes everywhere in the dark as "Nameless Faceless" from Fozzy plays through the arena. Lights then turns red and spotlights turns in circles over the crowd as Marxx appears from the entrance ramp, wearing his signature black leather coat and his right arm wrapped in his steel chain. He runs to a side of the ramp, jumping a screaming outloud to the fans, then runs by the other side and does the same thing. After, he comes back to the middle of the entrance ramp as he tilts to the left and does an X with his arms in front of his face. He stays in that position for a second before suddently extending his arms to each sides as red pyro explodes in an "X" form on each side of the entrance. Announcer: Making his way to the ring, from New-Brunswick, Canada, weighting in at 241 pounds: "The Party Animal" Marxx!He starts walking on the ramp, clapping in the nearest fans hands. He stops in front of the ring, then turns back by the fans as he takes off his leather coat and puts the chain around his neck. Then, he rolls inside the ring and jumps on a corner, where he does an X with his arms in front of his face before extending them to each side. He jumps off the turnbuckle and does the same thing on the opposite side before going back to his corner, where he drops his chain.

Quite the opposite of Marxx, there was a wave of heat as "Fear of a Blank Planet" by Porcupine Tree began to blast through the arena. As the sounds of the twanging guitars filled the room with melancholy and despair, cold steam poured from the entrance ramp as the music played. Emerging from the back and into the steam, the RWA Hall of Famer Shadow made his entrance to the Main Event. Announcer: "And from the Underground, weighing in at two hundred and forty-one pounds, he is the The Forsaken One: Shadow!"
Sunlight coming through the haze
No gaps in the blind
To let it inside
The bed is unmade
Some music still plays
TV, yeah it's always on
The flicker of the screen
A movie actress screams
I'm basking in the s**t flowing out of itNot very pleased that the Walking Sack of Prozac was in his way of becoming GORE's first World Champion, Shadow made his way down to the ring as blue lights flashed in the ring and on the ramp. I'm stoned in the mall again
Terminally bored
Shuffling round the stores
And shoplifting is getting so last year's thing

My father gave up ever trying to talk to me Climbing into the ring, the lights resumed to their normal state. Flicking his hair back Shadow took off the jacket he was wearing and tossed to the outside. Climbing up to the top rope he sat down on the turnbuckle and stared at Marxx while leaning his elbow on his knee and his face in his open palm.

Marxx stared at Shadow as well, focusing on him. Once the bell rang, Marxx approached from him, ready to start the match with a lock-up.

Shadow locked up with Marxx in a test of strength. Both men were equal in size, quite literally, so the contest was perfectly matched. Neither one of them budging, Shadow quickly changed pace by attempting to get beside him quickly and apply a side headlock.

Marxx gets caught into Shadow's Side Headlock. He stays in that position for a brief moment, then tries to put that position to his advantage by going for a Manhattan Drop on Shadow.

After the Manhattan Drop, Marxx tried to reverse the initial positions, which means going for a Side Headlock on Shadow.

Now in the headlock himself, Shadow propped a foot back to keep his vertical base. From there he would attempt to shake Marxx off by pushing him into the ropes.

Marxx bounced on the ropes after Shadow sent him there. Once he came back, he went for a Shoulder Block on him.

Marxx didn't expect to get the win so quick, but it was a good test to know the vitality of the one he's facing at that moment. He stood up and tried to put Shadow back to his feet as well, then would try to send him to the corner with an Irish Whip.
