I have made a rather lengthy "state of the guild" esque thing. I expect the crew who actively run the guild to read it, and at least post some sort of confirmation for having read it. Parts of it will be released to the whole guild in the future, but I'm kind of frank and blunt in it (more so than I usually am) since I'm talking to the crew directly.
