 Hikari is the protagonist of the story and is ranked 2nd in the school. She is energetic and kindhearted, but rather dense when it comes to love. She is the daughter of a carpenter. When she was six years old she experienced her first defeat and humiliation when she lost to Kei Takishima in a pro-wrestling match. In order to beat Kei, Hikari convinced her father to allow her to attend Kei's prestigious elite school and strives to defeat Kei at anything, from academics to athletics.

I like Hikari because her density is what makes her cute and quite funny... blaugh Her funny reactions to Kei's confessions is adorable and at the same time hilarious, too! rofl rofl I love her, too because she always inspires me to do my best and treasure my friends a lot! heart But in some cases, her density IS also quite annoying stressed , hehe sweatdrop ... Well, I haven't met Iori yet but I'm wonderin why he outranks Kei... rolleyes

Hikari...I like her...In fact, she's my fave character along with Takishima (Of course I wouldn't use Hikari's name in one sentence without using Kei's) They're perfect for each other!! KYAAAA!!
