Physical Description: She is average height for a sixteen year old, has some womanly curves but also still has some of her baby fat, making her look cute and child-like. Her hair is fiery red with natural blonde streaks in it. She has green eyes and tanned skin from spending a lot of time outside. She tends to wear simple clothing, from pants to dresses. She is not picky about her clothing in the slightest.
Personality: Easy going, patient, a little shy (when not working), friendly
Background: Rianne is the daughter of the tavern's owner, hence why she is working there at the tender age of sixteen. She is an only child, so the family business will be left for her to run one day when she is old enough. She grew up doing a lot of work around her home, as well as at the Inn that her parents also run. She has a decent education and enjoys spending time with a good book in front of the fire as well as romping about with others her age. However, she is a little shy when she is around new people... unless she's working as a waitress in her parents' tavern. Only then does she force herself to be out going and loud. She is not a religious person at all and has no idea that the clergy has gone to war against creatures she doesn't believe exist.

Physical Description: 5'3,5'' (163 cm), 121 lbs (55 kg); Thin frame and beautiful features, her body is that of a full-grown woman. Dark chesnut wavy long hair that reaches below her back and just above her knees, usually falling down freely caressing her tanned smooth skin. Her eyes are a deep dark brown, almost the black colour of the night. She usually wears her maid outfit, though her favorite clothes are those of a blue ocean colour, often long sleeved dresses reaching just above her knees, long white stockings and brown boots. She always wears an aquamarine pendant with a silver necklace, the only keepsake left that belonged to her mother.
Personality: Calm, reserved and obedient, quite shy sometimes as well. Optimistic and cheerful if in company of trusted companions.
Background: Little are the memories Ayleen has from her past, only blurred forms of indistinguishable colors plague her dreams every night. Her family was killed by vampires when she was just a small child, however this incident ignited an unnatural fascination towards vampires and demons and their 'gorgeous' features. She grew up as a lovely young woman under the wing of a kind lord that accepted her as a maid in his house. Good at speech and housework, she stands out for her cooking abilities. She often daydreams with meeting a vampire or demon once again as she believes both can coexist with human beings.

Personality: When he's not hunting, Albrecht is a very friendly guy who likes his beer. When in hunting mode however, he is deadly serious in what he does. He does not like to see innocents injured and will do everything he can to protect them.
Background: In his teens, Albrecht had befriended a vampire, though he did not know it. This vampire was his best friend until a member of the clergy destroyed him. Now, while Albercht does hunt vampires that hurt humans, he will also defend those who he considers good from the clergy (or those who he has no evidence against), which results in the occasional skiff.

Occupation: Helps take care of the home Leattrah protects.
Physical Description: Angeline has a slight, but very tone figure. Her eyes are a grayish silver and her skin is pale and porcelain looking. He hair as a golden yellow, the same color as Leattrah's and Iightsen's, some eight hundred years ago.
Personality: She is quiet, but the strongest fighter among the house's humans. she is a natural leader of those around her, and the fact that she is quiet only instills that. When Angeline speaks, her words are chosen carefully, and all those who know her know to listen with the same care.
Background: Angeline is the last member of a line steming from Iightsen and Leattrah's only other sister, who went by the same name. Throught the centuries this line has stayed faithfully by Leattrah, and have passed down the only of the three pendants owned by humans. Through this pendant they share a bond to both of the surviving sisters, and have the luxury of good health, strong bodies, and long years of life. (Not to any supernatural level, though.) Unbeknownst to either vampire, the ladies of this line believe it will be their duty to end the life of whichever vampire manages to vanquish the other.

Physical Description: 5'7'' (175 cm), 143 lbs (65 kg) Tall, toned body due to fierce training from his early childhood, though a bit slender as well. Dark chesnut unruly mid-long hair that reaches just above his shoulders with messy long bangs at the sides of his face and his forehead. His eyes are a soft blue that contrast perfectly with his slight tanned skin. He usually wears dark clothes, black pants and long sleeved shirts with dark blue patterns on it, a dark blue hooded traveling cloak, brown belts around his waist and dark brown boots. He also wields with uncanny ability his most trusted weapon, a wooden bow that belonged to his father.
Personality: Quite cold but really shy in the inside, usually reserved, introverted and quiet.
Background: Fayte was born in a clan of skillful hunters, therefore he was trained very young in the art of archery. He got separated from his younger twin and lost his family when he was just a kid. He was sent out of the village as part of a trial to become a hunter that same fateful day his village was destroyed by thirsty vampires. Once upon his arrival, Fayte found nothing remaining in the place except for the bodies of those dear to him. From that night on, he swore himself to get rid of those heartless demons that devastated his village, however he would never aim his bow at those night creatures of kind heart that chose to fight alongside his kind. Currently he's searching for his sister, whom he believes is still alive somewhere after not finding her dead body.

Physical Description: Gwen has a very pale complexion with a slim an petite figure. She has straight dark golden blond hair that is cheekbone length. She has piercing cobalt blue eyes. Gwen stands at five foot one and weighs 125 pounds. She usually wears dark clothing and a heavy wool clock when she is out during the day.
Personality: Friendly, shy, curious but cautious. Polite and introverted.
Background: Gwen was the only daughter of a craftsman and a seamstress. Her father built fine violins and her mother made beautiful dress clothes for the wealthier citizens. When she was young her parents made the discovery that Gwen was allergic to sunlight (Solar Urticaria). They home schooled the child when she reached her early teens the people of the town in which she lived got suspicious of her and thought her to be a vampire. One night the broke into her small home and took her away from her parents. The next day they took Gwen into a field and tied her to a post to wait for the sun to rise. When the sun rose she did not die but suffered a severe reaction to the light. Although the towns people knew that she was not a vampire they still did not trust Gwen and kicked her out of the town. She was unable to find either of her parents before leaving. Now Gwen travels from town to town playing violin and selling whatever goods she can find to make a living.

Physical Description: Brother Ambrose stands at roughly 5'11 - 6' and has a medium, fit build (excepting times of forced ascetism/poverty, where he, of course, gets a bit thinner ;p) that one would expect from someone who's dedicated their life to fighting beings such as vampires. He has standard issue blue eyes =P, and at the moment his wavy, dark brown hair has grown to nearly his shoulders. I believe he has reading glasses, or possibly everything-glasses.

Physical Description: Sister Elizabeth stands at an average height and her build is hidden underneath the habit customarily worn by those of her order. She has brown eyes and her eyebrows indicate brown hair.
Personality: She's very confident and competent at what she does, which has allowed her to live this long while in her sect. Her sect, called frequently the Black Thorn, subscribes to the belief "know thy enemy" and some believe that practicing a little black magic for the purpose of fighting the forces of the dark is an easily-overlooked sin. Sister Elizabeth is one of these that practice the dark arts. However, there is often a heavy temptation that befalls those who follow this path...

Physical Description: A middle sized man, toned after many years of service. Black hair, slicked back down his neck. Sharp goatee beard, slightly large eyebrows. He wears ornate white robes, multi layered. A celtic cross covers his cheast. His sharp eyes are almost as sharp as the sword that hangs by his hip, gold trimmed with silver.
Personality: Very sharp when it comes to bussiness. He doesn't mince words. When around Shi'el he follows to young man's sarcastic and sinister nature.
Background: He's captain of the 7th Heavy Battalian Clergy insurgence. Shi'el's biological brother. He quickly rose in the ranks when he showed his leadership in takening out over 50 vampire hives with his division.

Occupation: Miko within the Clergy
Physical Description: Mizuki has long black hair that reaches her knees, which is often tied back in a loose braid, and dark chocolate coloured eyes. Her skin is smooth and free of any type of marking (scars, freckles, etc.). She is also tall, slender, and well endowed.
Personality: Mizuki is rather distant from everyone and likes it that way. She tries to keep her emotions from getting involved in her dealings with people, especially since she is a member of the Clergy, a job that could bring about her death that much sooner. She does not like getting attached to people because she does not want anyone to suffer because of her.
Background: She comes from a wealthy family who have been financial supporters of the clergy for generations. She spent her life training to be a miko, like her mother and grandmother before her (meaning her family is matriarchal) and like her first born daughter and granddaughter will be. With the women having spiritual abilities, the men in her family served as warriors for the Clergy, including her three brothers. She also has two younger sisters, both being trained to be miko as well. She was named for the Moon and as a result, she draws her powers from the Moon and its dieties.

Physical Description: 5' 8" (173cm), 140lbs (64kg). Curly blond hair that reaches his shoulders and green eyes. Always wearing simple slave's clothing and a black collar that marks him as the property of a specific vampire. The collar can not be removed by a human. He had a long thin scar along his left cheek bone.
Personality: He keeps himself very quiet, and possesses great self control. Traits that are necessary if a human is to survive for very long with the vampires.
Background: He truly hates the vampires, as he lost his wife and child to them before being taken as a slave. Unbeknownst to him, it was a demon, not a vampire that killed his family. He would be more than willing to work in secret with other humans to plot the destruction of the vampires, and would work from the inside to achieve this.

Occupation: A Vampire's slave
Physical Description: Cassie is a small girl, around 5'5", with a beutiful slender frame, and curves in all the right places. She has dark brown hair, that appears to have a tint of red to it. It reaches a bit past her shoulders, and sways with loose, gentle, waves. She has lovely green eyes, that are wide with wonder of the world around her, like emerald orbs. She wears a small, diamond, cross around her neck to keep her faith with her at all times, though hides it beneath her blouse so her masters will not discover the lovely piece of jewlery that means more than the world to Cassie.
Personality: Cassie is a high spirited girl, and believes one day she will be freed from the hell she's being held captive in. She kepts a strong mental set, and puts on a a warm smile everyday to hide her fear, though on the inside she's scared to death of what will happen next. Cassie can't help but be drawn to the vampires, through she dreads them, oh so much. She tries her very best to do as she's told, but often will act like a child about things, and tends to loose her temper when she gets frustrated; this usually ends badly on her part.
Background: Cassie, has hated vampires ever since she was a small girl. To her it was a world of make-believe and stories, though one night after her mother tucked her into bed with a goodnight kiss, everything changed and her world was turned upside down. Cassie, the 7 year old girl she had been, was captured that night and taken into the wrold of demons, vampires, and so much more. She was raised in the Vampire world, taught what to do, what to say, and how to act. It wasn't until she was 10 years of age that she became more of a slave to them, rather than a small child. Sooner or later she became a fully fledged servant, tending too all the needs of her Masters. Every night Cassie would pray, pray to God that somehow he would save her.

Physical Description: She stands at bout 5'7" and does not weight very much. She has striking fiery red hair and emerald green eyes. She dresses in earth towns, opting for khaki and denim when travelling. Once in a blue moon, however, she will don something that is more feminine and flatters her pale skin, red hair, and green eyes.
Personality: Erebus is a lone wolf figure, opting to travel alone and spend the rest of her free time in quiet solitude. The young woman is rather indifferent towards the clergy, humans in general, and even her own kind. She feels she has no use for the will to rule over the humans and is ready to dispose of anyone who tries to interfere with her lifestyle.
Background: Erebus stopped using her mortal name years ago. She does not even remember what it is nor does she remember much about her life as a human. Before she was turned, she had met a Vampire in her home. Because he was an outsider and she was associating with him, the community blamed her for all the chaos that was happening in their village. Accused of being a witch and sentenced to death, she begged the Vampire to take her with him when he left and since that day, she has abandoned who she was as a mortal. She created a whole new persona and lfie for herself, giving her the ability to change along with the times. Since then, she has left her vampire lover and traveled the world, on a quest for knowledge and enlightenment.

Physical Description: Dark skinned, deep blue bandana. dull orange hair. 6'8", 320 lbs. A bear of a man. Ridicuously low body fat ratio. He wears a black tank to cover his waterfall of a cheast. Tan gloves, with tan shorts that come half way down his modled calves. Light tan boots.
Personality: Quiet. loves to laugh. Shiel picks on him for being the "push-over giant"
Background: Kie once belong to a famous clan. A underling. He was never taken for the intellicual that he is, because of his bear-like size. He did bad deals, dirty work, hoping to gain respect from the higher ups and secure a good position. He never did.
Shi'el's division of Clergy drove out his clan from their hideout. However, in a last ditch effort, they left Kie to distract them while they fled.
However, when the Clergy was supposed to come, only a blood soaked teenager walked into the coven, eyes as blue as a flame. Kie knew then he wouldn't live, whatever this monster was.
However, it pitied Kie for being left behind, and the "monster" decided he'd need a companion in his new life, so he took Kie with him. Kie, having seen this as sparing his life, decided to devote himself to this boy.

Race: Vampire
Occupation: Protector of a home of humans
Physical Description: Leattrah has a slight, but very tone figure. Her eyes are a grayish silver and her skin is pale and porcelain looking. She wears average clothes, to help he blend in. She doesn’t smile much for obvious asthetic reasons. She also has long, straight, white hair.
Personality: Lee is a kind hearted soul. She never kills her food, or at least if she can avoid it. She cares about humans and hasn’t forgotten her own origins.
Background: Leattrah and her twin sister, Iightsen were turned centuraries ago. They use to be best friends, but when the fighting began to intensify they found themselves holding opposite perspective. Iightsen believed that vampires should rule humans, where as Leattrah believed that they could co-exist. They have been bitter rivals for nearly as long as she can remember. Currently Leattrah lives in a house outside of town with about two dozen humans who share her philosophies. They are not slaves. They came to an arrangement where the humans would protect Leattrah during the day and allow her to feed from them. She would in turn keep them safe from other vampires and demons.

Name: Uriel Dover

Occupation: artist, musician and poet
Physical Description: 5'11, 145lbs. Uriel is a tall and slender looking young man. He has long wavy brown that he keeps tied back unless he is working. His eyes are like looking into a slate of marble with flecks of blue hidden within them if you look carefully. Uriel wears tunic like shirt with dark coloured dress pants and dress shoes. He wears a crucifix pendant around his neck as a sign of his faith. He often has a leather messenger bag with him that contains a sketch book, notebook and some art supplies.
Personality: Uriel has a kind and patient soul. He is a quiet man but very thoughtful and places others needs before his.
Background: Uriel was named after one of the arc angels; Uriel was the angel of the element of earth. He was given this name by the sisters at the Church orphanage. He remained there until he was roughly 11 years old when a father Raphael Dover came to meet him. Father Dover was a kind man who tolerated science and art and was pleased to meet a young man who shared the same interest. Father Dover adopted Uriel and taught the boy science, art and religion. Soon Uriel himself went to the clergy school to become a priest as well. He was Ordained as a priest at the age of 17 and served alongside his father at his church. When Uriel was 23 the church had been struck by lightning and burned to the ground killing father Dover and seriously injuring him. Uriel was found by a kind vampire who saved his live. The vampire that saved his life was Ann Louver a young woman who was entranced by Uriel's beauty. Once Uriel was healed and taught how to live the life of a vampire He left Ann. For he was not interested in her beauty. Instead he chose to live the rest of his life in a solitary life style. He wanders from town to town writing novels poems and performing for others but is still religious and attends evening church services as long as the clergy of that church appear to not be involved with the vampire hunts.

Name: Alessio Scordato

Race: Vampire; Italian
Occupation: Assists the elder vampires with whatever they need. Works as a messenger, etc. Resides in the Everlasting Castle.
Physical Description: 5'10" (178cm), 150lbs (68kg). Long, wavy black hair, often tied in a ponytail with a red ribbon. He has bright blue eyes that contrast with his hair and slightly tanned skin tone. He dresses mostly in reds.
Personality: At 145 years, he is still very young as far as vampires go, therefore he has a great deal of respect for those vampires around him, especially the elder ones. He has very little regard for humans however, believing them to be little more than a food source and occasional entertainment.
Being born Italian, he was raised Catholic. He maintains many of his religious beliefs, but in a warped sense, believing that Vampires are chosen by God to be superior to humans. He is intelligent, but his personal and religious beliefs can often blind him of the facts.
Background: Turned at a young age and given very little guidance. He found himself adopted by those vampires who look to rule over the humans, and as a result, took many of their beliefs for his own. He had very little knowledge of other demons in the world, with the exception of their existence.

Age Appears to Be: early 20s
Race: vampire
Occupation: Rules over a group of humans and a few vampires she has turned in exchange for loyalty.
Physical Description: Iightsen has a slight, but very tone figure. Her eyes are a grayish silver and her skin is pale and porcelain looking. She is obsessed with the latest fashions and rarely wears the same thing twice. Also she has long, straight, white hair.
Personality: Iightsen is moody and temperamental. If her slaves do her bidding she can be a good master, but when she believes they are in the wrong, she has no qualms with a swift and harsh punishment.
Background: Iightsen and her sister, Leattrah were turned by an ancient sire and set loose upon his death. Leattrah is foolish enough to believe that she can be a friend to the humans. Iightsen knows that humans are inferior and deserve nothing but her disdain. She lives in a mansion not far from the Everlasting Castle. She is in league with the vampires there, but likes to have her own space.

Name: Aella (Whirlwind)

Occupation: Causing chaos with her twin Aiolos
Physical Description: Aella has very pale blonde hair that occasionally looks white. Her hair runs down to her mid back. Her eyes, which were blue when she was alive, took on a blue-violet colour when she was tuned. Her body, though very old, still looks young and developing. Her arms and legs are well toned from working along side her brother. Her skin is also tanned from long days in the sun.
Personality: Wild and untamed, much like the element she was named after. Even when she was alive, she wreaked havoc over the village she lived in and enjoyed it immensely. She is cruel and cares only for Aiolos. She is also very impulsive and never thinks about her actions.
Background: Aella does not remember much about her life before she was turned, just that it was unpleasant and that he only love she ever received was from her twin brother Aiolos. She and Aiolos had been cast from their home at a young age, left to fend for themselves in the wilderness. At sixteen, the twins were turned. The moment she awoke as a Vampire, Aella gave herself completely to her dark instincts. She returned to the village that had cast her and her brother aside and slaughtered everyone ruthlessly.

Occupation: Causing chaos with his twin Aella
Physical Description: Unlike his twin, Aiolos has short, curly sandy blond hair and piercing bright green eyes. His body, although very old, still looks young and well muscled from when he was alive. His skin is tanned as well from long hours in the sunlight when he was alive.
Personality: Wild and untamed, much like the element she was named after (Aiolos was also a Greek wind god). Even when he was alive, he wreaked havoc over the village he lived in and enjoyed it immensely. Though he can be just as cruel as Aella, Aiolos has a weakness for beauty, be it man or woman. After they were cast out of their village, he swore revenge for himself and for Aella. At sixteen, the twins were turned. He was the one who returned Aella to their village and set her loose upon the sleeping villagers.

Despite his young age, he is intellectually advanced, and often thinks deeply about heavy topics such as philosophy. He enjoys closely observing humans and human nature.

He wears a white short sleeved hoodie with the hood up, half zipped, showing a white shirt with a black tatoo-like cross. Jeans, multi belts, white sneakers. White headphones around his neck. (is this ok? or is it too modern?)
Personality: a bit carefree. Cocky maybe even. Doesn't let his true emotions show from behind his smile.
Background: Clerics have been fighting the war aginst vampires for as long as the two have co-existed. However, Vampires can re-produce by simple injections. Humans have to be trained, and have morals. This would work out if each Cleric killed multiple Vampires, but it doesn't work out like that. Some die without even killing one. Something had to be done so that these defenders could have some sort of leverage.
So, project GILGEMESH was formed, taking babies and injecting samples of other enties into them. The vampire human devored itself when it gained teeth. Anouther of the same type got sun burn so baddly from the direct sunlight, the priest decided to end it's mistery. The demon humans, however, where a bit differnt. They could go in sunlight, but suffered from intense scysifrinia, as well as other personality defects.
So the trick had to be in the blood type. After countless tries, and countless sacrifices, Shi'el was the only survivor past age 5, with no mental instability, and no defects. "A perfect being" he heard some of the priest call him while he grew up.
With the power of a demon, and the training of Clergy, he fulfilled his destiny. However, at age 17 he left the Grand Cathedral. That's a story you should ask him yourself.
Now, he roams the plains with his partner, Kie. They make a living by selling goods from a magizine. They've been known to take missions from people that pay well. However, everytime they happen to get money, they end up losing it in some way or anouther.

Personality: He believes in the meaning of his names very deeply, and believes in God a great deal, often twisting biblical meaning to suit his purposes. He can be very kind and also very cruel. He drives his campaign hard and takes no quarter.
Background: He is a devote Catholic, and believes he knows the rule of God and has been gifted some of the power of God. He has studied the knights of Templar extensively, and as such, believes it is God’s will that he destroy all evil; that is vampire and the like. When he made this decision, it was before anyone he was close to was hurt by a vampire. Since then, vampires have killed all of his family (though he never had a wife or children), and the Bishop’s wrath only increased

Physical Description: 5’7” (170 cm). 127 lbs (58 kg). She is extremely beautiful and striking. Her hair is like blue obsidian; her eyes so dark a blue to appear black. She dresses only in dark colours to create a bold contrast to her pale features. When she enters a room, all eyes find her, and all speech falls silent.
Personality: She is a seductress and lover. Long ago, she chose her name for herself after years of being a vampire and traveling the lands. Her chosen surname says much about her; dark humour, powerful, revered. Dilara believes vampires to be far superior and to have the birthright to rule of humans whom she sees as pathetically weak. She is wicked to many, but her words make her followers long to do her will. A select few whom she has a closer bond to she will allow to call her "Lady Dilara."
Background: As perhaps the eldest known vampire, she holds a great deal of sway and wisdom over others of her kind. She no longer remembers her time as a mortal, but she was turned at a young age and honed her skills greatly through time. Once, she had a vampire lover who called her "Dilara." She delights in the kill.

With the sun setting behind her, young Rianne O'Shea hurried down the mostly deserted road. She hated being out alone after sunset more than anything. 'I would have been home by now if that woman had not insisted on talking my ear off! That is the lat time I make a delivery for dad!' she thought, mildly annoyed with the fact that she had been turned into a delivery girl for one of her father's regular albeit elderly customers. Normally she did not visiting with the elderly ones but when they made her more than twenty minutes late, they annoyed her. Being alone when the town was near dark made her anything but laid back, which is what she was normally.

"May the Almighty Lord have mercy on your pitiful being as you rot in the bowls of Hell."

Those words hung in the air until a soft, almost crunch-like squelching noise was made. It was soon followed by a scream of horror and pain, and the frantic cries and pleadings of a tender, young woman. Within moments her source of support abandoned any effort left to support her, and she fell not unlike a rag doll to the dirty alley grounds. Her breathing was faint and erratic, and she could see her life flashing before her eyes as she could feel and hear her heart slowing like that of a military drum's echo once the battle had ceased. Any beauty she had held in life was soon stolen as she gave her last, shuddering breath and life escaped her, leaving a bloody, messy corpse behind. The delicate and frail looking corpse was kicked aside, and it flew into the side of a wall and slid down to land in a sickeningly crumpled heap.

A disembodied laugh soon filled that alley: a laugh that was deep and velvet-like. "May the Almighty Lord have mercy on your pitiful being as you rot in the bowls of Hell." From the voice that had spoken before, and the voice that had laughed. Words that had been overheard by a foolish nun in a cemetery, but had had such strength that they had hovered in the memory of the owner of the voice. The owner of said voice soon left the dark shadows of the alley and into the soft light of the street lamps, gently wiping away the remains of blood from the victim's neck. A man of rather tall stature with flowing shoulder lengthed abyss-coloured hair, stunning ice blue eyes, heart shaped face, and tanned skin soon tucked away the kerchief used to wipe his mouth where two large fangs glinted in the light of the street lamp. He began to stroll down the street, but stopped as he realized that his hair might be a frightful mess after his scuffle with his meal. He patted down his hair until he was satisfied that it must indeed look better, and then continued on his way.

Dominic groaned as he hit the wall after Alessio pushed him out of the way. Damned vampires. He bit his tongue to keep himself silent and the vampire turned around a corner on his way out to find a victim or two. Innocent people who had families...

One day they would all pay for what they did. His entire family had been killed by a vampire while he was working. He returned to find their lifeless bodies and the vampire who remained in the home. Why he hadn't been killed as well, he didn't know. Instead he was brought here and made a slave, forced to work for the beasts.
