Other anime/manga I like as well are Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni (When They Cry), Paranoia Agent, Galaxy Angel, Azumanga Daioh, Youtsuba, and there are plenty others and too many to list so I shall shush up now.
Favorite character in Death Note - Mihael Keehl otherwise known as Mello.
Cosplay - In real life, I cosplay as Mello. On Gaia, I am currently cosplay as Mello!Haruka (xD Haruka from pokemon and Mello, obviously, from Death Note)
Reason for loving Matt - His personality, his googles, his vest, I guess I can just say I love everything about him (hes my 2nd favorite character though. ^^; I must mention.)
