Frankly sis the headshot scares me a little, but that nose always does. I know your stuff, but I'm not entirely up on pricing in the R/C these days, it tends to get high. Anime's been deflating, so good unique styles are in fluctuating demand.
As for graphics, I'd go with blocky, maybe a bit graffitied.
Location: Might be best to do an auction before opening a shop, but a small one with a spiffy name in the R/C is always good
And yeah, it'd be something you could handle, I can set it up so that the order forms and things are clear and to the point, and you'd need just a multipurpose shop mule.
And no, mules can look cute and be cheap to clothe, there's nothing really "costly" unless you want to commission the graphics.
