I thought this was a bit better than having things in individual forums. I know there are a few too many stickies at the moment so I may end up making yet another forum for things like this.
The following are links relevant to various religions... be it information, communities, texts etc. Add your own to the thread, I'll check it out and then add it to the list.
General
Religious Tolerance.org: not that good on every religion, but some interesting essays in there. Read with a grain of salt.
Godchecker, a website containing information on thousands of gods, hermits, saints, heroes and martyrs. Info can be quite irreverent so take some of it with a pinch of salt wink
Christianity
Bible Gateway: contains over 50 searchable versions of the bible. You can compare passages wink quite interesting.
The Holy Bibble: Very funny and surprisingly accurate comic based on the Bible. I've actually learned quite a bit from it wink
Christian and Gnostic sources at Sacred Texts: This website is fantastic, containing everything that's not copyrighted. Very very interesting.
Paganism
General Neo-Paganism stuff at Sacred texts: includes stuff most relevant to Wicca.
Internet Book of Shadows: essays, rituals, texts etc at Sacred Texts.
Ceremonial Magic "Grimoires" at Sacred Texts.
Celtic myths etc at Sacred Texts.
Greek texts including Homer and Hesiod.
Egyptian texts and essays.
Thelemic texts.
Norse texts including the Eddas and Sagas, and some modern re-tellings.
The Theoi Project: fantastic website on the Greek and Roman deities. Contains all the relevant texts on each deity. A must-see for Greek-influenced Pagans.
An interview with Doreen Valiente, the "mother of modern witchcraft".
The Witches' Voice, aka "witchvox": sort of like an essay website crossed with a personals site. Find Pagans, covens etc in your area or read the essays or Pagan-related news stories. Note: many of the essays are opinion pieces.
Aeclectic Tarot: contains hundreds of decks to peruse, as well as a forum and a guide to the tarot.
Asatru "ritual kit" from Reeves' Hall. Useful and recommended.
Witchcraft Today by Gerald Gardner (e-text, pdf)
The Meaning of Witchcraft by Gerald Gardner (etext, document) The *original* book on Wicca
High Magic's Aid by Gerald Gardner (fiction, but still worth reading) (etext, document) Terrible book as Gardner couldn't write his way out of a paper bag, but valuable to those interested in Wicca.
