Lucky Star (manga) is licensed by Bandai Entertainment.

I'm pretty excited. Because I currently have no money (or willpower) to buy any anime, I can support it by buying the manga. Of course I'll eventually buy the anime, but I can't wait for the manga to come out now.
What are your opinions on this?

Very nice, I read that a couple minutes ago. It would be nice if they could bundle the manga with the DVDs.

On another note, you might want to change the title of the thread to "Lucky Star manga licensed" or something along those lines. Helps to attract more people.

i have see luckysatr dvd in the otaku contest but i never see the manga crying i want see the manga please haruhi give me that (haruhi suzumiya she my god lol)

It costs 10.00$ per manga and i read it in less than an hour gonk I think
it is a good idea to bundle it with dvds though whee

WELL....why do they need to license it??
ppl will buy it anyway if they like it ....
hope the anime wont be licensed... it'll be good to use it to promote the manga...

I just finished it this morning! It is AWESOME! It actually has quite a bit of colored pages which makes it even cooler.
