I want to see how long it will take to get full skin dye the "old-fashioned way" So I am spending a few hours in the towns each day collecting bugs and what not and turning them into inks and then that into dyes..... Oh goodness I am up for a long haul. After each visit into town I am going to post what I collected here and how long I was in the town for. Please support me in My Quest, as i am sure it will be a long one >__< * I will accept all donations of trash flowers or bugs, but none is expected or mandatory. i will take them with open arms though!!* *note: all blue butterflies are being donated to Risa Blues quest for a million butterflies* INK PROGRESS: All thats left of my questing: everything else has been made into dye!     *thanks for some SUPER help from Risa blue with a large donation of yellow butterflies and brown bugs!! (gained 5 inks from her!) and another thanks the Dissouled for his doantions to me.

Day 1:
Today I spent about two hours in the towns and came up with this idea:
This is what I have collected:
Trash:
3 cans, 3 shoes, 7 crumpled Newspaper, 18 Crumpled Newsprint, 9 paper bags, 15 Blue Crumpled Construction Paper, 14 Green Construction paper, 8 Red construction paper, 14 dirty newspaper, 5 crumpled newspaper, 23 blue zerox paper, 2 white zerox paper
Flowers:
11 Yellow Daffodils, 6 sunflowers, 14 White Daisies, 5 blue carnations, 2 red carnations, 4 Blue Daffodil, 3 Pink daffodils, 7 blue daisies
Bugs:
13 Crickets, 5 Grasshoopers, 2 Brown beetles, 5 Red beetles, 2 red butterflies, 5 red Dragon flies, 5 green dragonflies, 2 fireflies, 2 yellow butterflies, 9 cicada, 1 blue beetle, 3 Blue Dragon Flies, 2 Blue butterflies, 2 houseflies, 7 red flies
Not even enough for one vial of ink.

Day 2:
Ugh.... today was pretty pointless..... basically NO BUGS.... I mean I was on for like a couple of hours and no bugs in the towns.... gosh it blows... a million flowers and crumpled bit of trash though.....
Trash:
3 boots, 10 cans, 27 goldenrod crumpled paper, 51 white crumpled zerox, 90 blue crumpled zerox, 15 old crumpled newspaper, 25 crumpled newspaper, 57 dirty newspaper, 14 red construction paper, 27 green construction paper, 60 blue construction paper, 59 crumpled paper bags, 45 newsprint.
Flowers:
6 sunflowers, 12 purple daisies, 24 white daisies, 60 blue daisies, 5 pink daffodils, 11 yellow daffodils, 24 blue daffodils, 3 red carnation, 4 white carnation, 13 blue carnations
Bugs:
1 firefly, 2 crickets, 1 yelow butterfly, 1 blue butterfly, 3 blue dragon flies, 1 red beetle, and 6 cicada.
waste of my time... this is going to take longer than I thought....

Day Three:
a bit better on the bug haul today! : )
Trash:
1 shoe, 7 cans, 5 goldenrod zerox, 5 white zerox, 43 blue zerox, 3 old newspaper, 2 crumpled newspaper, 31 dirty newspaper, 4 red construction paper, 6 green construction paper, 35 blue construction paper, 14 paper bag, 19 newsprint.
Flowers:
7 sunflowers, 2 purple daisies, 4 white daisies, 28 blue daisies, 2 pink daffodils, 3 yellow daffodils, 17 blue daffodils, 1 pink carnation, 21 blue carnations,
Bugs:
2 Red Fly, 1 house fly, 16 fireflies, 14 cricket, 1 grasshopper, 2 red butterflies, i yellow butterfly, 5 blue butterfly, 1 green dragonfly, 7 blue dragonfly, 2 red beetle, 6 blue beetle, 15 cicada
Lets see... top three one from each gives me 162 Blue zerox paper, 98 blue daisies, and 30 cicada..... very inspiring. >__<
and I have gained one black ink from my work so far.... so with ink that I already have I have a total of: 1 red ink, 1 yellow ink, 2 black ink and 7 blue ink.
i would say i have a ways to go......

Bugs: 3 red fly, 6 house fly, 4 firefly, 9 crickets, 2 grasshopper, 3 red butterfly, 4 yellow butterfly, 1 blue butterfly, 2 red dragonfly, 4 green dragonfly, 4 blue dragonfly, 7 red beetles, 4 brown beetles, 3 blue beetles, and 3 cicadas.
Not bad for a bout an hour and a half. its easier to be in the towns than getting pissed off at games. : )

yea i just sell them eventually hehe. i was going to try and collect a million of all blue things but that's too much work hehe.. dude towns is freaking out on me tonight. i keep getting stuck running in place and can't move sad guess that means i should go to bed heh. Thanks for everything smile

me too!!! So i just waited for bugs to fly past me and caught them. I was so sad cause there was finally bugs, and all I could do was get stuck.
lol you should go for a million of everything, as much blue crap as I have been getting, it shouldn't be too hard.
lets see i need 250,000 of each colour to get the dyes. so i will have like 2 million worth of bugs all together?? wait.... what bugs make white? 0.0
