Kay Name: Azmaria Minohi Species: Human/watersprite Power:Can control all forms of wter and ice. Age:16 height: 5'7" Bio: Recently orphaned by choice. Ran away from home and denies having any living family save for her soul sisters her are currently scattered to the Four Winds. IS in search of her older sister Lena. Has just arrived at the forest where she feels her sister's spirit dwells.
I walked through the forest as carefully and qietly as possible, moving quickly for all the care I took. I was heading in the direction of the pulsing power that I knew would be my sister Lena. She had been the first one I had thought to seek out. And finally I had made it to her forest. Now all I had to do was find her. And that was no easy task. Especially in her home element.

((Omg!!! Great set up!!!!!!))
Name: Lena Windsong Species: aelfin (which is basically elf for "mutt") Power: control over plants Age: 17 Height: 5ft 2in Bio: Father, Damulyn, and mother, Treestar, killed by King Koa. She grew up to become the strongest Plant Elemental ever. She killed Koa and now resides in her Forest. Before her death, Treestar told Lena that she had Soul Sisters, and that there was one for each element.
Lena always knew immediately when someone entered her domain. She had currently been lounging in one of the oldest oaks, talking of past times with him. He was a nice enough fellow, once you won him over. But then suddenly the plants were crying out to Lena that someone-like-her-but-not-quite was in the Forest. Lena climbed out of the tree and began to walk , as usual, without any sound toward the intruder. Just in case, Lena gathered her power, and redied the plants--just in case.

I Sensed her power growing closer ad stopped looking around despite the fact that I knew she would see me before I saw her in the forest."Lena?", I called softly, sensing how close she was, "Lena, it's me, Azmaria. I need your help."

Stand down, she told them plants silently. She walked out of the shadows, the ferns and vines moving out of her way. She looked every bit as powerful as she was, with the plants writhing around her, the shadows giving way to sunlight, and her aura shining brightly.
"How'd you get in here and how do you know who I am?" More importantly, why did my plants not stop you at the border? Who are you? You feel the same as me, yet...different...almost wet...Lena let none of this show; only the fierce fighting side that she showed to outsiders.

I looked up, my bright sapphire eyes flashing gently, my dark hair falling into place around my face where locks of it had fought out of the braid it was in. "So you don't know me. I mean you no harm. I am Azmaria Minohi, the illegitimate child of the watersprite Wave Queen and a human warrior. As for the other questions, I walked in, the plants did not stop me because I am, in a sense, you, though my powers are entirely different save for the ability to heal others as well as myself. I am one of your three Soul Sisters. The Water Sister. I know your name because I am the Sister that was gifted with the Knowledge of Names. For instance . . . .Your name is Lena Windsong, daughter of the human Damulyn and the elf Treestar, and the killer of the King Koa. This land owes you much for that. You are also the Earth Sister. One of four. And you have a greater purpose than just haveing killed that monster Koa. And just so you know we are equal in power though we control different elements, a fight would only wind up in a draw with both of us exhautsed beyond compare and will be stuck here til dawn. For that reason I am not lyng, nor am I hiding anything from you. I telll you this because you look as though you wouldn't believe me even though I have already told you the truth." I said a small smile dancing acros my face nervously, and I brush a forlock out of my face and tucked behind my ear. The clothes I wore were a blue wrap sleeveless kimono, the sides of the skirt were split and the length was down to mid-calf, with black trimming along the edges. I wore beneth the top half a thin black shirt with loose sleeves to hide the knives the rested on my wrists, and black leggings underneath the skirt and thin, black cloth boots, complete with a set of concealed boot knives.I had a black cloth sash tied around my waist the hilt of a small dagger showing. In truth there were a few more knives hidden in various places on my person. I carried them so that I wouldn't have to rely completely on my power for protection. I knew how fight with fists and feet as well. I carried a bow and quiver on my back, with still at least half the arrows in it that I had started out from home with, and a small travelers bag with only a single chage of clothes, a shukuzen, what provisions I needed to survive, and of course more knives.

Lena cocked her head to the side, and studied the girl, Azmaria. Her aura was pure blue; a sign that she was indeed as powerful as Lena, whose was pure gren. Only those with the purest of auras were powerful, and Lena had only ever seen hers, but she knew that Azmaria Monihi spoke the truth. Lena thought very carefuly about what the girl said; turning each phrase over in her mind. Earth does not move very quickly, unless agitated. Finally, she came to a conclusion.
"Alright. I believe you. Come with me. If you are indeed who you say you are, then you will be able to handle this." Lena turned around and began walking back into the forest, her forest green sleeveless tunic blended well with the greenery around her. She had brown leather leggins on the stopped just past her kneesand a brown sash holding the tunic closed, but a brown undershirt could be seen at the top. She wore small, leather slippers. Lena had short, cropped brown hair, with a dark green streak on the left side of her face. It was braided and longer than the rest of her hair, with a few vines twisted into it. Lena carried a staff givin to her by the forest many years ago. It was stained and scarred, but the vines etched into it were still visible--if you looked closely. Most people only saw the vines when it was too late.

I followed, staying close, never getting too far behind or too close, being careful of the plants. My sharp eyes able to pick out every detailof the surroundings. I noticed the vines on the staff and the corners of my my twitched, threatening to smile again. I liked the designs on the staff, despite being Water. I didn't let it distract me though.

Lena led Azmaria on a path that slowly became nonexistant. She led her over trees, under them, even through them, but she never stopped. After an hour of steady walking, Lena stepped out into a glad. In the middle of the clearing a large old oak tree spread its branches out and up, forming a large bubble. The branches and various vines filled in the gaps above the thick branches. The sides were left open. Lena signaled Azmaria to follow her up into her home--for that's what it was. Lena climbed a vine ladder that she had constructed herself. Once at the top, Lena stepped through the largest gap. Inside, her home was sparse: a single bed of bracken, cattails, and goodly herbs for keeping away bad dreams. There were dried herbs hanging from the ceiling, but many many more simply grew inside. In another part of the room, a large skin was stretched out. It was in the process of curing; it would be a blanket for this coming winter. It promised to be a hard one, and even though it was mid-summer the signs were there for those who knew how to look. There was also cols of vines scattered everywhere, and tools for making clothes. Obviusly, the vines were what made up the fibers of Lena's clothes.
But the most important part of Lena's home was the table, which grew right out of the wall. It held a precius few items: a box, three knives, and a broken piece of mirror. Lena walked over to the box, and opened it. She removed the first layer, and Azmaria could see something inside shining. Lena reached in and lifted up three necklaces. Only now did Azmaria notice that there was one around Lena's neck. It was on a leather cord, but the pendant hanging from it was in the shape of a leaf, with a stange symbol on it: a tree, with four branches, each with a different element, and a sun shining beneath it. Lena held up the other three necklaces. There was a blue one, which looked like a water drop, a white one, which looked like a cloud, and a red one, which looked like a fireball. Each had the same crest of the Element Tree on it. The water droplet began to glow more than the others. It tugged itself out of Lena's grasp and floated over to Azmaria. The cord was a strang material, extremely and delicately made to look like flowing water. It was one cord, with no clasp, like Lena's. It slipped itself over the girl's head, settled on her chest, glowed brightly once, and then dimmed to nothing.
"Well, I guess that's settled, then," said Lena. She put the other necklaces up and closed the box.

I smiled. "It does doesn't it? I was right when I guessed the Earth Sister would have the pendents. These are much more important then just a pretty bauble. maybe I can now gain the control I need to block out those images of the future until I need them. My mind has always had a mind of it's own." I said to hopefully clarify what I was saying. "If you're wondering how I know about them, I was given that knowledge as well, but I wasn't given the knowledge of who kept them. So I had to guess." I had come of the path no worse then when we had started out. I liked Lena's simple home. After a long while of camping it seemed perfect for anything, it was too. "So do you plan on coming with me to find our other Sisters? We need all of to do what must be done. Despite the fact that it's my element this started in I'm afraid that by myself alone I wouldn't be strong enough to stop the threat. It saddens me to say he got past my gaurd. And on y watch too. The only way it could have happened is if he had obsorbed the power of a shadow mage . . . ." I said trailing off into thought not thinking to elaborate at that moment, as I stared off into the distance.

Lena looked at Azmaria.
"You can stay here. But, please tell me what you are talking about. I'm destined for more than killing Koa; that much I knew, but apparently, you know what that 'more' is. Sit, and tell me." Lena gestured to her cot. She, herself, sat on the floor by her loom and began combing out the tangled fibers of vines that would become her winter wear.

"Sorry. I'll start at the beginning. I into the thing about half a year ago. It looks like a human but at the same time it isn't one. It's a Necro-being. They feed on magic, the magic of Humans, Elves, Watersprites, Flame Spirits, the Wind Sages, And all those with a foot in one and the other in another. In ohter words, people like you and me. I was one of the lucky ones, because I escaped. A good thing too, and doublely good thing I didn't have my pendent at the time either. If he had caught me and I had had it all of us four would have been taken by him. After that I posted watches at the borders and sent out warning to the surrounding villiages. It was my watch he got past, because as I found out, he had absorbed the power of a shadow mage. A good thing because he no loner needs to feed but a bad one if he choses to contnue doing so simply from a hate of living cretures, since they don't truely have a life of their own. It also allowed him to walk righ by me and into the Waves." I said a look of self-disgust on my face, " My people are safe for the time being at least. Once I realized what had happened I immediatly sent out the order to get to the safety of the sea caverns, and baracade the door. I had received orders from my mother that as the Commander-in-Cheif of her military forces, and since it was my watch he got past I had the duty go and gather my sisters, to save them. And not just them I'm afraid, He's going after the costal elf villages now and many of the human healers and small time mages as well. Gathering all the strength he can to destroy the cavern walls and take out the entire Waterspritian race in a single blow.In fact he may well be tracking me as we speak.. All those I could reach with my warnings received them, and hopefully are holding their own. All those I couldn't reach I've been giving warinings to as I passed their villages an Kingdoms, as well as those within my range for a telepathic message. And there is my reason for coming here, and for finding the others, and your greater purpose as well as mine, and that of the other two. All of us have done great things on our own, your destrution of the tyrant king here on land, my defeat of my insane twin brother and the salvaton of my mother and my people, Trivinia's overcomeing of a powerful volcano threatening to destroy her and the people she loves despite the ills they had done to her and her to them, and Skye's destrution of seven simultanious superstorm-born tornados merely to save the very people who scorned her for being what she is. This we must do together, or fail. And with our failure all the Majik of Life in this world. From Darkest of Shadows to the Brightest of Lights. The pendents Bind us together. When united they make us stronger, it would make i more difficult for the NEcro-being to steal away our powers. But separated should we come against him all of our powers would be drained away through the pendents, the symbols of the Soul-bond. When without them only one would be drained and the others weakened. The pendents also give us the strength and control we need to control or withstand certain untameable aspects of our power. Mine is the Sight. Of things to come both good and bad. I did not see how this threat would come about but I saw the result of it should we fail to stop it. We need the Four to defeat the One. We must find the other two Sisters, if we are to succeed. Of course this is not the only task Destiny has Fated for us all to undertake. All of the with high stakes, and teribble consquences should we fail." I said my voice full of sorrow at the thought of the consquences of failure. "Of course I'm not entirly under orders to do so. I came on my own mostly and much aganst my mothers wishes to trael so far away from them merely to save them. All I can do for them this far away is deny my lineage and say that I ran away from my family which not entirely true and not entirely lie either to protect them as well as not to complicate things more. But that won't stop me from saveing them and this world." I said as a way of some kind of explaination for something. I wasn't entirely sure why I had siad that.

Lena looked at Azmaria. "I must think about this," she said. She stood and left the little home. Lena walked and walked. Briefly, she wondered what Azmaria would do for dinner, but it was soon pushed back when she though of the journy she must have taken to get here. So she kept walking, and thinking.
The next morning, when Azmaria wke up, Lena still wasn't there. It was about midday by the time she returned. She looked steadily at her Sister.
"Alright. We'll go. But I'd like to get some winter clothing done. I can't tolerate cold very well. Where do we go from here?" She sat at her loom, and began weaving with a quick, sure skill that spoke of long hours.

I smiled. "Let's find out shall we?" I said and closed my eyes and leaned against the wall for a moment. I was looking for the power sorces of the other two Sisters. "Skye is in or near the Eithierian Mountains . . . and Triv is living in the Moutain range that borders the desert, next to Volcano Morgoth. It's active as is the way of fire, but she stays there to control it's eruptions and direct them away from the villages in the valley. If I am correct the Eithierian Mountain range is nearest here and would take the least time and is also on the way to the volcano, and on the upside the volcano won't be erupting again for about a year and a half. If we're lucky we can have this over and done withby then. if not we'll have to make a side trip in our quest. For Triv will undoubtedly refuse to allow the direction of the eruption to go unchecked." I said and opened my eyes, "What do you think? Am I right in the estimation of distance or terribly off? Though either way it's a good idea to go for Skye first. She might help Triv's Flame burn a little better our way than without her. Skye is the Wind Sister after all is said and done."

Again, Lena was slow to answer. Earth moves at her own pace.
"Skye first," she said. No cold weather by the sound of it. She looked at her loom. Day's still young..."Why don't we head out now? The day's still gonna last sev'ral 'ours." Lena talked slowly, but with a pronounced country drawl. She also had a bit of a lisp, because she had extra-long canines, which showed themselves whenever she opened her mouth. Her ears were also pointed ((just to clarify)), so she could hear many more things than humans could. She began to gather the things that were the most important to her. There wasn't much. The pendants went into a plant-fiber messenger bag, as well as a jacket, and a pair of old, worn leather shoes (just in case). She took down her dried flowers and put the min her various hidden pockets. When she was done, her bag stil weighed little to nothing, and that was all she carried, other than her staff in her hand, and her bow and quiver of arrows on her back.
