So last weekend I went to the Siren Music Festival in Coney Island, New York. They had a buncha good bands performing at different times at two stages. The Helio Sequence, Beach House... but anyway, the most anticipated band was Broken Social Scene.
And they were awesome, I had always wanted to see them live, and they were everything I expected and more.
Anyways, what were some good Music Festivals you have attended/will be attending?

Not necessarily festivals, but Celebrate Brooklyn usually has free shows in Prospect Park, and McCarren Park Pool hosts free shows and events, but this will be the last year they're doing that crying

I tend to avoid big a** music festivals. Unless there's a good line up. Warped Tour, ugh. I'm sorry to even mention that here. Only band I wanted to see was 3oh!3. But I figured they'd play a homecoming show. Which turned out to be two. And I was too lazy to buy tickets. Plus Fox Theater was packed for their first CD release, it'll be crazy this year.
