He doesn't wear a shirt because it hinders his movements and causes drag, slowing him down. The bandages on his hands act as a type of protection when he grabs his swords by the blade. (Only works for his swords) The pants he is wearing make it so that the person can hear where he is if he ever gets out of their sight. (He likes a challenge) The tattoo on his chest is to remind him of the shame that he had brought upon his family.

Strengths: His strength is that he thinks quickly in situations that require quick thinking and not waiting for a reaction from everyone else.
Ex. A robber walks into a store and pulls a gun. He points it at the cashier and tells everyone to get down. Hiro quickly grabs the closest thing to him and throws it at the robber hitting his gun hand. He then quickly grabs a wooden plank and charges the robber before he can react.
Another one of his strengths is that he loves to swim, so he is a strong swimmer and because of that his body is extremely toned and fit.
Weaknesses: His weakness is that he can't resist women.
Ex. A friend asked if Hiro would help him with his school project. Hiro said no because he was busy, he would be home playing video games, but then a girl walked up to him and said that she would be there helping his friend. Hiro instantly changed his mind and said that he would help his friend.
His other weakness is that he loves to drink, so it will be hard on him while he is in school.

Personality: He is easy to get along with, but he gets serious when you offend him or his friends.
Bio: Hitsugaya was born into a family of commoners while he was in heaven. He really didn't have to many friends because of his wings. Everyone shunned him because of his wings. The only friends that he had were like family to him. One day he was walking back to his house when someone stole from the Arch-Angel of the village. Naturally he was blamed and banished from the heavens. As an added punishment the Arch-Angel took his sight before banishing him. He was born into the human world as a half-angel and blind. He lived his life like any normal person except that he could see things that other people couldn't, because he was blind. He never played sports because of his condition, but his parents did let him swim a lot. He always loved animals and because of the sounds and vibrations that they made he could see them when other people couldn't. He soon became associated with a former weapons master in the military. They became close friends and after a test he showed him the basics of weaponry and how to handle the weapons, but he refused to teach him anything other than that. Hitsugaya trained his hardest, but he was always a little off in some way. He eventually made the way he saw animals into his greatest weapon. The military man suggested that he go to the academy to train and become better, because he saw all the potential he possessed. He now is headed for a Weapons School to take up the suggestion.
Extra: He can see using vibrations that travel through the surface that he is on. He also uses sound waves (noise) to tell where everything is.
