Hey everyone.
I am sure that I am not the only one who has noticed that the guild has kind of died off... so, I have some questions and such for you all:
1. Do you have any suggestions for getting current members more active?
2. Do you have any suggestions aside from banners in our signatures to promote the guild?
3. Do you have any ideas outside of art, avatar, and story contests that we could do for competitions?
4. If you could change three things about the guild, what would those three things be?
5. How do you feel about reorganizing the threads and sub forums, deleting old threads that haven't been posted to in about three months or more, etc? Basically cleaning up the guild and soothing my OCD ways?
What do you think? Is this alright to post up (I always think that if I have to ask about something I shouldn't do it without addressing it to the propers and seeing if they're ok with it).

**Maybe we should put up stricter rules? Something however simple like, inform us if they go off on a leave or they no longer want to be a part of the guild. Just to try and keep more active members.
**After we revamp the guild, we could try for awhile posting the link and everything in our sigs or in a post for a roleplay, that way you know your getting roleplayers.
**For a contest, we could see who could make the most original and plausible character or maybe even something hilarious like the best jokes just for laughs. XD
** I would either add a major twist or something to the guild wide roleplay and for any picky or bored members, we could allow a separate sub forums for discussion and ideas and then another strictly for other roleplays. As for crew members ((including us Lupin XD )) we need to keep up on member's activity if possible and message them more or simply post a mini forum to request active. To shorten, it's not the guild really, it's just some of the members...
**I think it would be refreshing to change the appearance abit and clear cobwebs so if anyone wants to keep anything, post in it...
I'm not sure if any of this was repeatative but I hope it helps in some way...

No, I think those are good ideas.
One of my friends is the admin of an RPG forum, so she has a lot of experience and I am sure can give me some more pointers.

Yeah, I like the idea of sending a message to the person before you take their heart and rip it out, and use the blood to summon an admin telling them they've been booted. As for promoting the guild, I say that we go into towns, and advertise.
