Aekea is [kinda] the closest town and we should reach out to the least successful team, I think. '3'

I agree. Gambino seems very friendly. . .never had any trouble from them. They just seem to me like the most likely candidate.

Gambino. It's closest to us, temporally wise, seeing as the two first original towns were Barton and the Isle de Gambino. Besides Gambino is like our land-lord. xD

I agree. I've always thought of Gambino as being the town closest to us. I'd be my second pick after Barton in choosing teams. As people above me mentioned, most of their NPCs are friendly and cute like ours, so they're a good match in that respect.
Gambino was also our fellow underdog team during the summer water festival last year, so I like them on that basis as well. 3nodding

Gambino I would say because Sir Gambino is the oroginal lord of gaia really. Though Akea has also been really rather kind aswell.

13o,717 /325,ooo Not to sound rude but I find the last sentence a tad bit funny, considering the fact that all the towns are technically rivals whenever competing. sweatdrop To the topic at hand, I'd say Gambino. After all, Barton and Isle de Gambino were just about the first two towns to be introduced to Gaia, right (at least, that's what I've heard)? Plus, (and I think someone already mentioned this) Aekea and Durem already had a sort of alliance, even though it sort dwindled away... o.O
