So we're just stealing this idea from Avatar Talk, but hey it was popular there so I guess it can be popular here, too.
The rules of the game are:
1. Use a rating of 1-10. Don't be a jerk and do something like 'two thumbs up' or something. That's stupid. Don't do it. Srsly.
2. Give CONSTRUCTIVE comments, too. If you can't, something like 'luks like a f** lol' will work.
3. Don't skip anyone just because you don't wanna rate them.
;D
Have fun. And if you give me a bad rating I'll get Shaff to B& you.

i like it i want to draw it
but the huge splash of black at the top destroys the balance since the black at the bottom is uh smaller

The shape is my only problem.
The colors are good, but it doesn't really flow.

It looks too much like an avi that should have a "skinny" look, which makes the flag and the cane look too weird. And there's too much brown with the hat-thingy and the jacket.
And needs some more white at the top.

the balance is a bit off because of the staff, wing, and star mood bubble,
but overall, the colors match nicely. =] the wing isn't needed, nor is the golden heart. try a crown.
