CHIKA NEEDS ROLEPLAY. ANY ROLEPLAY. HELP HER.

I do all levels of literate roleplay, from a few sentences of dialog to advanced level with multiple paragraphs. Basically, whatever suits you.

R U N E W I N G

Part I – The Sentinel

Nicknames: Rune
Species: Sentinel of Noctua

Task: Mystic/Teacher
Personality: Rune is an ornery, old owl with a short fuse. She has some rules: Don’t call her fat, she will hurt you. Don’t throw things at her, she will hurt you. Don’t make her mad. She will hurt you. Very simple, follow them. She may come off as cold, but she deeply cares for those that are close to her.
History: A very old mystic who has mastered her Will over the years, she teaches the fledglings when it is time for them to develop their own skills. Though Rune has never been a very caring or mentor-like Sentinel, it has been proven time and again that she has an inept eye for talent. Through her, many Sentinel have unlocked their potential skill of molding their Will; and they’ll all tell you it wasn’t easy or fun.
Territory: Rune lives in a large tree that had been struck by lightning in a small meadow. It stands alone and separate in this small meadow for a few yards, giving it a slightly detached and spooky feel. The tree is half dead, with persistent life clinging to its gnarled branches. Inscriptions are carved into the bark and an assortment of objects hang from the limbs of the tree, clanking and whispering whenever the wind blows.

Companions: Yes
Certificate: Rune is a very large owl, in fact, she’s enormous compared to most Sentinels.

Speech Ability: 5
Skill: Syz is very crafty and great for figuring out how to get into contraptions and outsmarting them. He’ll eat nearly anything thrown his way, so he doubles as a garbage disposal. Syz can be used as a gather, messenger, scout, and a treasure hunter- anything that shines, sparkles or he finds interesting he’ll bring back to Rune as loot. Rune found him when he was very young and raised him herself, he’s an annoying pain sometimes, but she loves him like a chick she never had.

W H I S P E R W I N D

Part I – The Sentinel

Name: Whisperwind
Nicknames: Whisper
Species: Sentinel of Noctua
Age: Young
Hatch Date: 28/11/2007
Type: Deep Woods
Task: Ranger
Personality: Painfully shy even when spoken to, she falters in her speech to nearly everyone except her companions. Nearly paranoid that people are secretly watching her, she spooks at almost any movement, making her unstable in social occasions. However it keeps her on constant alert despite apparently mundane conditions of the forest. Not minding the solitude that accompanies her position, she passes the time by composing songs to herself and sharing them with her two Parus, otherwise sitting in absolute muted silence. Deathly afraid of the Ground, she keeps watch from high in the trees, and has accompanied herself with the Canopy instead.
To avoid the Ground at all costs Whisperwind hunts what she can find in the trees, risking entanglements in branches and injury. Her main prey becoming the Skurri that live in the Forest trees, she is occasionally forced to brave the Ground in order to find more food as a last ditch effort.
History: Though Whisperwind was always shy, her fear of the Ground had not reached it's peak until her first excursion from the nest. Refusing to attempt flying with the other fledglings and the careful supervision of the Watchers and her parents, she waited until they had left her alone. Stepping out tentatively from her nest she eased slowly farther and farther from her safety, suddenly becoming spooked she panicked, toppling from her perch and falling to the Ground. Half dazed and wild with fright she floundered about with her small wings, alerting the forest floor to her presence; and in a moment something was upon her. She remembers a flurry of feathers and the harsh shrieks of her parents as they fought off her assailant, her father dragging her up before she lost sight of everything. Awakening later, she found herself nearly untouched, but the bereft faces of those around her told her that her mother had died on the Ground, her father succumbing to his wounds soon after.
She blames herself and patrols the borders tirelessly as punishment. Ashamed of herself, her shy mannerisms increased dramatically to the point where she feared being seen, causing her to leave the Deep Woods as soon as she was of size, refusing to take part in the graduation and celebrations. She has not been back since.
Territory: Whisperwind patrols the territory nestled between the Swift Open River, the Great Western Open, and the immense expanse of the Far Not Cold Reaches. Far removed from the normal community of Sentinels, Whisperwind rarely meets any visitors. She holds two main posts, one at the mouth of the Swift Open River where it flows into the Western Open, and where the Great Western Open meets the Far Not Cold Reaches and Forest.

Part I – The Sentinel

Personality:Munin possesses an ability to meticulously memorize anything: from the dates and times, to the events occurring in them. He started out as eager as any fledgling, trying to learn as best he could. Before he understood what was happening around him, he felt different. The other fledglings didn’t want to be around the “know-it-all” and Munin began to realize the effects of his ability. Stung, Munin pursued his knowledge away from class and developed a contempt for those who couldn’t grasp concepts as quickly as he was able to.

Still, his desire for learning keeps him intrigued enough to remain among other Sentinels. Settling into the path of a Medic, he is learning to be kinder now, and maintains this goal as his main aspiration. Perhaps when he is old and weathered, he will pass his knowledge onto those who will do their best to listen.
History: Ever since he was a fledgling, Munin has maintained an excellent memory. From his parents to his teachers, this ability was always regarded as a blessing. To Munin however, it was a great injustice. To never forget was to never technically be wrong. His teachers rarely called on him to give the other students a chance, and his parents found themselves at odds with his excellent recollection abilities. Every parent expects the right to say, “If I’ve told you once, I’ve told you a million times.” Which was, of course, a privilege they were denied: Munin really did have to be told only once. Quickly surpassing his teachers, Munin set his sights on learning from the best and brightest, seeking out any information there was to give. Quickly gaining vast amounts of knowledge, he found himself confronted with boredom. The technicalities, the expressed meanings of information were all at his disposal, but what fascinated him above all was the philosophy. Philosophy wasn’t what was already known, philosophy was the unexplored, the undefined and the uncharted. To Munin, it was finally something to think about.

Pursuing different areas of interest, Munin found himself in the Medic profession. Its lure was the unanticipated. What injury was to be treated next? How was it to be treated? Was there any better way? The profession enchanted him completely, it’s only draw-back: his colleagues. Munin found himself frustrated at the pace those around him functioned at. The degree that they were charged to take their profession to was miniscule. What they did was all so simple, for this injury, you do this, for this, you do that. And yet, there were mistakes, someone diagnosed the problem poorly, someone didn’t recognize the signs of illness correctly, someone forgot.

Munin found himself exasperated, growing bitter and condescending towards those around him. He knew he shouldn’t blame them, that they didn’t have his gift, and suddenly Munin found himself frustrated with… himself. Why couldn’t he learn to accept that it wasn’t their fault? Now it was that he couldn’t learn, couldn’t remember.

Realizing this, Munin has set his sights on practicing patience and understanding. So when it seems like he’s trying to hold back an unkind remark and slowly murmurs a softer word, know that he’s simply reminding himself.
Territory:The territory is between the Forest and the Cold Forest, west of the Sparkle River.

A S H E N S K Y

Part I – The Sentinel

Name: Ashensky
Nicknames: Ash, Ashen
Species: Sentinel of Noctua

Task: Watcher
Personality: Ashensky is a polite and simple Sentinel. Reasonable and thoughtful, he prefers to listen rather than give advice and serves as a kind ear to anyone who would like to talk. He loves his mate, Frostfeather above all else, with her optimistic outlook and desire to help others. She has been relentlessly pushing for hatchlings of their own, though Ash has talked her out of rushing into anything, knowing full well the romantic nature of his mate. He is waiting for the perfect time to start a family, wanting everything to be just right so he can give Frost the gift she’s always dreamed of.
History: Ashensky’s parents were of the spontaneous variety. Young and in love, Ash hatched from his egg to be with two new parents that were completely over their heads. They were determined to do their best at raising him despite their lack of experience, showering him with love and affection until he fledged, graduated, and left the nest. As he grew, Ashensky developed the stability his childhood had lacked, causing him to think through his decisions carefully and without rush.
Territory: Both his mate and himself being Mist Sentinels, their territory is found directly north of the Clearing in the Cold Forest. Nestled in a thick patch of pines, their roost is located in the hollow of a pine, thick needle cover overhead to keep the snows away in the winter. The nest they built together is composed of the standard twigs, but lined with soft mosses to give it a cozier feel.

E M B E R H O L D

Part I – The Sentinel

Name: Emberhold
Nicknames: Ember, The Fire Watcher
Species: Sentinel of Noctua
Age: Adult, has seen many fires.
Hatch Date: 25th of October
Type: Wildtype
Task: Watcher
Personality: Emberhold is a dedicated and devoted Watcher, she takes it upon herself to warn others and help in any way she can. Ember is thoughtful and though her particular profession brings her heartache, she does her best to keep others from experiencing the destruction of fires.
History: In Noctua, the cycle of life progresses through the forest the same as any other. The cycle of the forest continues with the death of old trees and the blessing of new saplings, but a fact of the forest will always be fire. Emberhold is the watcher of fires, she keeps a keen eye throughout the forest, monitoring them from a safe distance and collecting information from other watchers. She pays close attention to brittle areas that would become easy targets for a lightning-conceived fire and warns the Sentinels in the area to be prepared.

Ember wasn't raised with a particular zeal for monitoring fires, her parents naming her instead based on her plumage. Her beginnings were nothing extra-ordinary, and she passed on into adult-hood without incident. She had maintained close ties with her family and had just received news that her mother's next brood had hatched. Four beautiful hatchlings, all demanding food.

Emberhold assisted her parents whenever possible, occasionally bringing a plump mouse to them before heading over to her own territory. This continued for only a few moonrises, when one evening a lightning storm sparked a fire in her parent's territory. Living nearby, Emberhold rushed to aid them in moving the hatchlings, but by the time she arrived the flames had nearly consumed the entire area. They could not escape and Emberhold fled half-blind through the forest from the smoke.

Now Ember collects and monitors information on dry forest conditions from other Watchers, tirelessly doing her best to prevent what happened to her family from happening to others.
Territory: She remains near her family's old territory, northeast of the clearing.
Mate: None
Companions: Cinder the Parus

J A C K W O O D - RP Only Sentinel

Part I – The Sentinel

Task: Watcher by default, "Gatherer"
Personality: Charming, Jack seems to be quite the sweet-talker, his smooth mannerisms proving useful in getting out of sticky situations. However, he has a terrible tendency to steal items that to not belong to him on a whim, causing quite some trouble. When he's not impulsively thieving, Jack is very sociable and charismatic, sometimes taking the role of a joker.
History: Jack's kleptomania only increased as he got older, but with this increase has come greater restraint. Of course, there are certain occasions were he simply can't control himself. Having learned from experience that acting rashly will not get him his coveted prize, Jack has an air of calculating patience and will wait until the first opportunity arises before he makes his move. On the off-chance he's discovered, he has the very useful ability to conjure a wonderful cover, his stories usually involving a great amount of flattery. Sly and sneaky, happy and talkative, Jack leads somewhat of a double-life.

His targets are entirely random and a result of impulsive and gripping disillusionment for an item. Never malevolent, he eventually regains his morals and guiltily returns the objects of his thievery just as secretly as he took them, generally with a small mouse or two as a token of his anonymous apologies.
Territory: As a Shadow, Jack enjoys the cover of trees to a fault, his black feathers blending him with the scenery. He lives in a thick wooded area that allows very little light in, just north of the river under the Deep Woods, and south of the Clearing.
Mate: None, he's kind of a flirt and a ladies man.
Companions: Visi, his Chirop

Part II – Companions

Species: Chirop
Age:Young
Speech Ability: 3
Intelligence: 3
Skill: Despite Jack having a reasonable control over his impulses, his defenses are not flawless. Visi keeps a vigilant lookout while Jack is either in the middle of a heist or returning already stolen loot. Jack uses him to sense if anyone is around before he might act and to see things even he can't, also raising an alarm if someone is coming.

Part I – The Sentinel

Name: Lute

Task: Crafter
Personality: Lute is a rather shy Sentinel, preferring to keep to the tightly knit circle of friends he has accumulated. He met most of these friends when he was adopted as a fledgling. He is always willing to craft shiny, dangling objects like earrings or ornaments.

One of his biggest problems is his memory recollection. He can forget names, faces and directions to certain places if he is unfamiliar with them. Of course, this can cause several problems with his job, including forgotten orders, forgotten customers and forgotten pattern or colour requests.

Lute’s greatest pride and joy is his collection of shiny objects he keeps tucked away in a hollow only he knows the way to. He keeps all kinds of rocks and beads inside this secret hollow. He likes to watch them glow, which is why he is hard to find when the sun wanes.

History: When Lute was a babe, his parents found it too difficult to tend to him. So, he was given to a minder at about three weeks old. He was an inquisitive creature and asked questions about everything. Unfortunatley, he wasn't very brainy and often had a hard time remembering things, which is why he was not able to graduate with his class. The younger sentinels often picked on him, calling him names like 'stupid' and 'failure'. He became reclusive and shy, afraid that every new sentinel he met would tease him like the others. Because he only had Odd Winter for companionship growing up, he had a lot of free time on his talons. He met an elder crafter who taught him all about how to bend and shape sterling silver with his will and place small gems inside them to make prized jewlery. Lute only has his gift, a pair of earrings, to remember him by. He cannot remember the elder's name.

Lute is also weary of flying too far from his territory. He eats berries and nuts, collected from the trees around him. If he is lucky, a customer will pay for a trinket with food. Lute dislikes hunting himself because, when he was just learning to hunt, he killed the companion of his teacher by accident.

Territory: He lives in a large sycamore beside a small creek at the edge of the Deep Woods. He has two large hollows. The first hollow is his living space where he eats, grooms, sleeps and relaxes inside. Attached to it is a small indentation where his Parus sleeps. Lute’s second large hollow is farther down the trunk and is used for foraging. Large and spacious, he can hold about two customers at a time inside it. The back is full of shiny objects and pieces of sterling silver he uses to make his wares.

He has also claimed a narrow strip of trees for his territory, stretching about nine meters in length. These trees stand in a perfect line along the bank of the creek and are sycamore trees. A single pine tree stands at the end, which Lute uses to store his collection of private shiny objects. Lute and Senri are the only ones who know the way to this special place. The pine tree marks the end of his territory.

Who and how can we pair him with some of my Sentinels.

Actually... most of them might fit. Unfortunately, two of those have to do with thievery.

Runewing's Pica Syz likes to steal shiny objects. Some scenarios there.
Jackwood.... just might steal anything... So, some more opportunities there.
Ashensky might come to you in search of a lovely trinket for his mate, since he's the bestest hubby in the wood. xD

Munin would probably just be really angry with Lute because of his poor memory. -pats Lutey-

83 Hmm.. I like the theivery ideas. Lute's life as a shop keep can be so blearing and he uses sterling silver and gems, which are REALLY shiny. So either Runewing or Jackwood. Runewing might make for a REALLY interesting rp.

I want to RP with a Chika! But... I can't think of any plotty ideas at the moment. Can you? 8D;

It'd be best going with Cliffy or finding a way for someone to meet Rainfall, as I do not now nor have I ever had an Amber muse. If she was a Sim, she'd be the one I set on fire and then go make a new Sim. ._.;;;

Chikachika!

If you're ever free, I've got a Crafter with a decent Will for metals who would love some RP with either your Ashensky or your Runewing.

Thorn makes lotsa jewelry and trinkets- he's the one with the ankh, so Ashen could maybe come looking for a gift, and he's always wanting to improve, so some lessons from Miss Rune would be well-appreciated.
