which ones do you prefer and why do you prefer them?
which would you rather take on a long ride?

I like the naked ones more. I'm ether going to get a naked bike or a striped out sports bike. For my next bike.

Well for the most part, I'd say I prefer sport bikes. If I had to buy a new bike it would definately have fairing. Except for the Ducati 1000 Sport, which is gorgeous naked.
As far as I can tell, most naked versions of sport bikes, tend to put the rider more upright, as they attatch proper handle bars that replace the clip ons.

Personally I'd get the sport bike, and when I've crashed it, I'll turn it into a street fighter with clip ons. biggrin

My brother had a 2004 Honda VFR... OH Damn it was a b***h to change the oil!!! I bought an 07 Honda CB 900 And I love the more upright standard ride and the ease of maintnence is FTW. I don't race I'm a cruiser with speed under my butt.
