Visit this search engine:
www.everyclick.com
Select what charity you wish to support, and then start searching. For every search a few pennies are donated to your selected charity (I also click through to the first search result, just to make sure my search counts).
Admittedly you get the occasional email from them saying "Thank you for helping your chosen charity, don't forget to donate to them online as well" but apart from that it's pretty good, the search engine itself is powered by Ask.com
I remember to go and do a few searches every so often.
Every little helps! (As a certain scarily large and powerful supermarket says).

Another easy way to help charities is using the Good Search, search engine.
www.goodsearch.com
This is their quote:
Here's a new easy way to raise money for your favorite cause. Just start using GoodSearch.com as your search engine and online shopping mall. Every time you search the Internet or make an online purchase at one of their partner merchants, GoodSearch makes a donation to your favorite nonprofit or school and it's powered by Yahoo! so you get great search results!
