((This is a private RP for Tsu-chan [Kimiko] and Rayne Winner [Akasaka Keiichiro], ^^; ))
It had been a few days since that lapse in sanity. Due to her own stupidity, the brunette had managed to twist or sprain something, and now the adult was slightly limping as she made her way about Tokyo. Painkillers were now her best friend, it seemed, even if they made her be a little out of it. There was no way she was seeking medical attention, though, considering Kimiko didn't trust her language skills, and feared saying the wrong thing.
And so, the 'Pumpkin Queen' (a self-dubbed title, thought up after watching a movie of sorts), Kimiko, made her way into the grocery store, for after all, even paranoid American tourists need to eat, too, xD;
"Let's just hope the clerks speak English. Or take American dollars."

See? There was absolutely nothing for Ryou to worry about, especially not enough for him to send Keiichiro on a trip to the doctor for. He had known that he was fine and the doctor had only confirmed it. He had a few minor cuts and bruises, a bump on the back of the head that had already started to fade, and that was about it. He had gotten away lucky he had been told.
Then again that was starting to wear on his nerves, the one that had attacked the Cafe had a lot of power enough that even someone like Keiichiro himself could feel it. Why was it that he, a normal human, had come out of the fight with only minor injuries? It made no sense really, none at all unless the alien had been up to something. Maybe he had other reasons for being there then just roughing up the cook?
Keiichiro headed into the grocery store, the pharmacy here would be able to give him the subscription for some pain pills for in case the pain in his head came back. He doubted it would but if he came back with the doctors note and a prescription then Ryou would be happy right? No more having to worry about his boss telling him to go on sick leave when it would be the worst time for that to happen.

Kimiko noted the ponytailed man entering the store, but said nothing of it as she gravitated towards the bakery section. Sure, men with long hair that looked slightly femme unnerved her slightly, but who was she to speak when she was in a country that didn't particularly like foreigners all too well?
Instead, the brunette grabbed a handbasket and stopped short in front of the rack with an assortment of pastries. Some carrot cake would be nice...

Keiichiro glanced the woman's way, she was different he noted. Not someone that you saw often around unless they were on vacation. He tilted his head to the side taking in first the way that she was walking and then the thing that she picked up, "You might as well be buying rocks for as good as that tastes." He said to her in English, then gave a bit of a blush. He was a bit biased he supposed, he was a good cook and he didn't think there was anything that could be store bought that coudl rival what he could make up himself, "Ahh... excuse me, I meant no offense but as I work in a Cafe store bought stuff is no longer the same." He murmured in appology.

Kimiko blinked, and stared. Yes, it was accented English, but still, the 'dude' spoke her language! No leafing through the phrase book just to say the wrong thing!
"Oh? Well, it's on sale, and I don't really even know if this place takes dollars, anyways," she started shrugging.
The brunette titled her head inquizzitively, shifting her weight to her good foot.
"You do? So, ah, could I come by sometime and see what you serve?"

"Just because its on sale doesn't mean anything more then its bad enough that they can't sell it at normal price." He murmured, half to himself then gave a bit of a smile as he dug around in his pocket and got out a little business card, "Its called 'Cafe Mew Mew' you really can't miss the place believe me."
How could one miss a huge, pink, very femmenine building?
"We would be more then happy to have you around and we do take dollars there as we can easily have them exchanged." Wasn't a hard feat to accomplish with Ryou being who he was.
"Are you quite well?" He asked suddenly, you look to have a bit of a limp." He was a little worried about her, a foreigner in a strange place and injured on top of it. Had she been able to find a hospital to get looked over? Someone to help her? Had they understood her? Not everyone knew English.

"Oh, aright," Kimiko replied, still not having much of a clue as to why he was against store-bought things. They'd worked well enough for her, but then again, she had grown used to it. "I'll stop by whenever I can get myself situated here."
After all, the longer she stayed at that youth hostel, the more her sanity would go away, that much was for sure.
"Well, then that's a relief. I'm not sure where to go to exchange currency."
"Ah...I just tripped over a root the other day while pursuing a rabbit. Sprained something or the other, but I'm sure it'll be fine. Nothing I can't handle. Not to mention I don't know much Japanese. Wouldn't want to say the wrong thing."

Keiichiro tilted his head to the side, she had sprained her ankle chasing after a rabbit. Why was it that he was suddenly reminded of something that Ryou would do if he thought the animal was endangered and in danger? He gave a little smile, "If you need directions to a hospital I can help you out." He said, "Its always good to have injuries looked out no matter how minor they may seem." He would hate for her to end up with a worse off limp cause it was more then just a sprain and ended up healing wrong, "If you want I can accompany you there, I just came from the doctor myself."

Wait, so strange men were offering to take her places? Just what country had she arrived in, anyways? Figuring that she could always just resort to clawing him if he tried anything funny, she shrugged.
"I suppose. If it's not any trouble to you," Kimiko replied.
The brunette paused for a moment.
"Ey, we never introduced ourselves I think. My actual name's Kim, but I've been going by Kimiko since I came here. Suppose I figured it'd help me blend in, but I still stick out like a sore thumb."
She laughed at that metaphor, although she realized it wasn't all that funny.

(( Keii: I promise Im not some sort of weirdo! gonk I'm just used to dealing with people that won't take care of themselves. stare @ Ryou ))
"Naw, no trouble at all. I was forced to take the day off from the Cafe as it is so I have a free day to myself." Not something that he really enjoyed as that meant that Ryou was going to do Keiichiro's part of the work along with his own, not to mention that he would have to deal with the girls as well.
"Kim is it? Its nice to meet you, my name is Keiichiro." He said with a smile.

"Oh, well, then, nice to meet you, Keiichiro," the brunette greeted.
"Well, if it's no problem or inconvience, than I suppose so. But I could just take the subway or something. I'd figure my way around eventually."
Eventually. Like in the next millenium or so.

He nodded then gave her a smile, "Alright then, I can call for the car so that we can get a ride there. The less that you walk on that foot the better. I can call ahead to the hospital as well." The perks of working with who he did. Ryou was a useful contact in that aspect. **

The brunette adult gave the older chef a look as if he had suggested they go bungee jump off of Niagra Falls instead of take a simple trip to the doctor. Sheesh, she had simply sprained her ankle, not lost a leg; nothing fatal.
But, oh well. No need to make a further a** of herself, as Kimiko basically had the feeling that she had already dug her grave deep enough.
"Um...alright?" **
